The butterfly didn't really work,didn't go in the air at all just flew into the corner.wound it up and did the same again,very dissapointed😟

Ordered one and I came and when it opened it was just squashed then I had to order another one which came to late even though I spent about £8 for delivery

The Boomf bomb took a week to arrive, missing my daughter's 13th birthday, and it was very disappointing. There was no 'explosion' of confetti, just a few stars that fell out on to the floor. Will not be purchasing from Boomf again.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my sons boomf card ..its didnt popout the confetti until after he gave it a bit of squeezing and the quality of the photos was poor..for what I paid I felt disappointed for an 18th birthday card .

I still have not even received my order and was given a refund instead since it was way past the delivery date that it was supposed to have arrived.

Apparently the boomf box was not so much a boomf but a flat pufff... the confetti did not get anywhere but simply dropped out of the box! What a shame... especially for the price.

Can’t give anymore than 1 star as the card never arrived, however, my money was refunded without any quibble and so on that basis would recommend this company.

Ordered the butterfly card When partner opened it (first time being opened) nothing happened as the elastic band on the butterfly had snapped Total waste of time n money

i had to reorder the card after the first card was not delivered to the address after supposedly being shipped 7 days prior to my query.

Amazingly disappointing ......I have a video clip of my 9yr old son opening his boomf birthday card with no BOOMF. The perforated envelope opened to nothing his face was tripping !! Such a shame.

We were contacted by DHL who have said that they are unable to get hold of you with the number provided, and are struggling to complete delivery of your gift due to no one being in to sign for this. 🤪 Could you email us at hello@boomf.com with a confirmation of you address & contact number, and let us know if you would like us to send you a replacement. 😀 🙏
