My apologies that your Boomf gift did not get delivered on time. Looking at your order it shows that Royal Mail returned it to us 🤔 I can see that you have been in contact with my colleague to resolved this 😅 Please let us know if you have any further issues with your replacement order. 🙏

Ordered 2 cards for the same address. One was in the box with the cake I requested and the other failed to turn up. Still waiting on an apology and a refund not happy.

Item never turned up for my sons birthday. Although they were very good at accepting this and refunding. Overall disappointing my son didn’t have a card for his 6th birthday.

Gave this too my son it didn't pop out much the confetti how do you start with it when it arrives in envelope he pulled it and Harley anything came out it looks good on the photo

It’s didn’t pop out at all and the confetti just come out in a lump and fell on my daughters lap. Very disappointed in it. what a waste of money. Most expensive card I’ve ever bought and wish I hadn’t bothered Won’t be buying again

My apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped Nicola 😢 Looking at your order we dispatched it on time, it should have been delivered by 14 July at the latest. 🤔 Your card went with our standard shipping service, Royal Mail 1st Class Post which take 1-3 working days to arrive. We do have a faster shipping option, which is a next working day delivery service. 🤪 You should have received your gift by now! It didn’t work! The card failed! So disappointed! Didn’t even flutter, the butterfly just sat there doing nothing. Ruined the surprise :(
