Lauren I'm so sorry you have not received your Boomf gift. 😢 Looking at your order we dispatched it on time, it should have been delivered by 7 July at the latest. 🤔 Can you please have a look at your email, I have just dropped you a message so we can get this sorted right away. 👀

First off you won’t know when your package is coming, an estimate of 6-11 days. Second, my package was smashed and crumbled, ive never had that happen to me b4, third, my popcorn is ONE MONTH expired, which means they put an expired box in my package knowingly. The only good thing was the item itself, which gave my significant other a fright!

Dreadful. Paid £15 quid & £6.99 for EXPRESS delivery for a wild card it was shipped on the 2nd July so I should’ve received it on the 3rd July but no it arrived the following Monday the 6th July . My daughters birthday was the 5th. Waste of time - so the card arrived today . She opened it a couple of bits of confetti fell on the floor & the llama did nothing . So annoying. Completely pointless 😡

My apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped Rachel. I have had a look at your order and it was dispatched on time and should have been with you by Mon 6 July at the latest. Your card went with our standard shipping service, Royal Mail 1st Class Post which take 1-3 working days to arrive. You should have received your gift by now! If you are still waiting for your order, can you please email us at hello@boomf.com to let us know your card is lost. 😀

I have had a look at your order and it was dispatched on time and it should be with you by 13 July at the latest. 😀 Your card went with our standard shipping service, 6-11 Working Days to arrive to the US. Ordered Sunday........card still not arrived on Thursday. Very disappointed in your service. I even paid almost £10 for the privilege of this disappointment. I won't be using this poor service again and I will be sure to pass on my disgust to all friends and family.

Terrible! Never got my Boomf box and never received a refund and its been 5 months! Customer service didn't help at all either. I do NOT recommend.

Shipping still says “should arrive by Friday June 19th” which was 6 days ago. My husbands birthday and first Father’s Day were days ago as well, and there’s no sign of it. Sad the card missed his special days.

If I could rate it zero stars would. Order was placed June 9th. The. Said it was made and shipped out June 10th. I even paid for faster shipping and here it is June 21st and still haven't received my purchase. So disappointing. This is my husbands 1st Father's Day.

Placed an order on June 10th and have yet to receive accurate tracking . It says it arrived in CT 3 days ago but still no package has arrived . I doubt I will have it for Father’s Day !

The little box inside with the confetti doesn’t pop out like in the videos advertised. Don’t even bother! You can find something less of a disappointment in the card isle of the grocery store.

I ordered on May 24 and still have not received it. I have called and emailed, but still nothing. Do not order from them. Waste of my time and money. Now I don't have a fathers day present

Ordered boomf card and sweet box for 2 of my friends, had it delivered to my address. Neither had there names on even though put down names on cards so couldn't work out which one was which. Sweet boxes I ordered were rubbish not worth the £16.99 paid for each, very little sweets in box

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your Boomf order. 😢 The recipients name is underneath the shipping address. If you didn't enter a recipient name in the ordering process it is no problem as each gift has it's own unique 7 digit package ID code. This code is both on the delivery label below the address and on your order summery in your account page. Thank you for the feedback about the sweets in a box gift. 🙏

I ordered mine on June 3rd and still have yet to receive it. Customer service offered to “replace” it but what’s the point when it was for my husbands first Father’s Day ☹️ The time wasted to receive the package could’ve been spent waiting on a better gift. I will not be ordering again.

Massive disappointment, the Velcro is so strong the card is hard to open and then the butterfly 🦋 doesn’t fly out... so so nearly a great idea but poorly made 😡

This was my first and last time I order from Boomf! Order my boomf on the 10th June and have not yet received it. It says to wait 2 working days from shipping which was 12th June. So that should make on Tuesday 16th or Wednesday 17th at the latest. Nothing received at all!! This was supposed to be for my fiance birthday on 16th June. He did not receive a card on his birthday. I decided to order from boomf for first time thought be fun birthday card!! I guess not! My order number is: EE54G75A I would like to know what is going on with my order. If website missing, I will have a refund please!!

Don’t not order from them your item won’t arrive then they will tell you it’s not there fault that your item was lost

Ordered the card end of May using a discount code. There was an issue making the card, they did email me but the email went in my junk folder. I was lucky and saw this two days later because I check my spam folder. They provided a new code asking me to order again, the new code was supposed to give me the card for free that way I wouldn’t have overpaid. The code didn’t work. I tried contacting Boomf again and didn’t get any response back. I still haven’t had a response to my query... In the end, I paid the higher price for the card because I wanted to give my wife a surprise. The surprise would have been that she didn’t get a card on her birthday but because of all the issues I bought a backup card from the supermarket just in case. The card eventually arrived day after, the picture on the card looks good but the Boomf you expect, doesn’t happen. The butterfly just fell to the floor. I think Boomf is a great idea but a great experience is so far away. My advice to customers would be to save your money, if you do order though, keep checking your spam daily until it arrives.

Hi, On your basket page before you proceed there are images of all items in the order being placed. Also the final balance you are being charged will indicate of you have more than one item in your basket. If you have problems on any future orders please do contact us and we will be happy to help 😊
