Really upset that both cards haven’t yet reached my sisters apparently sent out on 7th June still not had them missed both birthday dates. This is the second time I have used yourselves first wrong gift sent.

Really disappointed with card and chocolate selection box. Neither of them gave off any confetti. The chocolate box had a few bits in the bottom of the box buried under the strips of paper. No way we’re they going to fly anywhere. Bought for my grandson and he thought I’d lost the plot ! Not worth half the money they cost and won’t use again ☹️

I don’t usually do reviews but this company does not answer the phone or return emails. I did not get a confirmation email so I gave no order number to reference. They took the money out of my bank account immediately of course. I want to cancel my order and get a refund. According to all these other reviews the product doesn’t even work. Huge let down.

The card did not work at all, it is a waste of money to spend on a "special" card, that does not do what it is suppose to! My niece was so disappointed. The delivery time was as expected but the quality was bad for the extra money spent!

Ordered 2 cards but never arrived emailed boomf several times and got response straightaway until I asked for refund then completely ignored Nearly £20 for 2 cards wasted Not happy 🤔

I didnt want to give any star but wont let me leave a review with out one. Ordered two(2) ....charged for four(4) emailed them was told to prove the charges did and still told me they wouldnt refund the charges. Also one popped one didnt. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! And no help from them at all

I bought a boomf card for my daughters birthday,and I delivered this by hand.What an embarrassing card.l was so disappointed.lt didnt go boomf,so what was the point.l could have put the confetti in a card myself,and got the same effect.Be sides the point I haven't seen my daughter for weeks,as Ive been working long hours in a carehome,and i wanted to give her something special.

A bit of a rubbish present considering you buy the Boomf gift box to explode when it’s opened by the recipient, but for it not to do anything when opened was a bit of a let down.

Love the product BUT... I have had to give one star as I ordered my first boomf bomb to put in a box of birthday presents. I had therefore selected that I wanted it to come to me first. However, when the boomf bomb arrived there was no paperwork in the envelope or anything to say what it was - so of course I opened it!!!! Completely wasted and I have now had to buy another one. How are people who haven’t seen one before supposed to know what it is when it comes in the post if there’s no paperwork in the envelope - or even anything on the envelope to say ‘Boomf’ or give you a clue!! So really poor in that respect and I’m not very happy about having to pay twice.

It never arrived on time. Said it was dispatched 2 days ago...so I'm now in a massive supermarket queue getting another card. Very disappointed.
