I wouldn’t even give this company one star. BEWARE! Website is very unclear about shipping..not to mention even the staff is unclear about your product once it’s shipped. It’s a complete mess. Go shop with competitors instead. (PlanOmatic, NatureBox, FreshMenu and Photo-Me International) Nothings more embarrassing than a person expecting a gift and it don’t arrive on their birthday! BEWARE!

I ordered a beany baby and a card for my nephew on April 16 and it was shipped right away. His birthday is may 10th (this Sunday) and the order has not arrived. Looking at the rest of these bad reviews lets me know that these items will never reach my nephew. I saw their ad on TikTok. It looked like a fun surprise for a 9 year old. Looks like I'll just be asking for my 32$ back.

I placed an offer for a Boomf confetti cannon back on April 15th, it was made pretty swiftly and shipped out the next day. However, it did not make it to my recipient. I was told to expect 6-11 days to the states with untracked delivery, even with COVID-19 disrupting things, and it never made it. I contacted Boomf and the employee said it should get to them at the latest of May 1, it didn’t. I spent £7.50 on something that didn’t even make it. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Horrible experience. I purchased 3 Boomf bombs for a special occasion and it was important that I received them within the time frame. It is very unclear on the site whether one item has shipped or if they all had shipped as it just says “shipped”. I received one bomb a week after it was shipped. After another week went by and I still hadn’t received the other two, I emailed them and asked if they can confirm that all three were sent on the same day, I got a response saying “your Boomf was sent on this day”. Not boomfs, just one. I replied saying I purchased three and that two of them clearly never got made or shipped. I asked if they could now send the other two with express delivery as the timeframe had already passed and they refused to confirm that they were ever made or sent. They of course refused. I have asked multiple time’s for them to send me my items that were never received and they still have not. They clearly can’t cope with ordering more than one item at a time and only send the first on your order. I am still fighting to get my item.

Without your order details I am unable to see these but if orders aren't shipped, they remain on our system so please be assured they absolutely would have been shipped. such an annoying experience, it was over a month I wanted for a tiny little box that was so overpriced, I ordered it in time for my partners birthday even though it didn’t come on time. It was so hard tracking too. I also had problems connecting them via Instagram and email. I asked for a refund and I was able to get my money back but honestly not doing it again, terrible experience with a terrible company.

I have ordered my card last week and it still hasn't arrived and i get a text off boomf saying the latest card will come will be August. I am hoping it will come next week but i am really sad about the whole confusion as i only wanted to make someones day due to the whole lockdown :(

I ordered it back on February 4th for Valentine’s Day and evening paid extra for faster shipping. never received the card! it’s sad... I was really looking forward to this. not sure if it is a scam or something just happened to it in the mail.

I have ordered twice and the cards never arrived. The first time they gave me a code to order a new card, then I gave it a second try but it disappointed me again. What is the point of ordering with enough time if you won't receive the card for the special occasion you wanted to?

Ordered on Feb 1 and to date, nothing has been received. Have emailed three times, with no response. Order 9AB42D5B Filing a complaint for fraud with BBB and my credit card company. Anything other than a refund notification, at this point, is smoke and mirrors and a scam. 1 star isn't even deserved.

Mrs sent me one of these for Valentines. Never arrived. When complaining she was told there was no number or street in the address. A quick check of the ordering system proves that it is impossible not to enter a street. And all they can do is offer a discount on another purchase. I think the system needs looking at as the Mrs is very sure she entered the street and number.

I am sorry to hear that. We are looking at ways we can target these errors (it is difficult due to shipping worldwide and there being a variety of different layouts for addresses) but at the moment it is reliant on our customers entering the correct and full address.

I ordered on January 28th, it’s March 5th and I still haven’t gotten my package. I have emailed but no answer. I do not recommend, if I could I would give it zero stars, I wish I read the reviews first.

Absolutely terrible service. No one has responded. My package never arrived. It’s been a month. This is a scam. They’re deleting multiple comments on their social media claiming the same experience.
