The butterfly didn’t fly out of the card nor did it fly went it was wound up again. I’m very disappointed and definitely not worth money!! I want my money back!

I ordered 8 business days ago. Haven't received anything in the mail. I chose the 3 to 5 business days. I was hoping to have it before valentine's day. Doesn't seem like that's gonna happen.

ITS A SCAM!!!!!! Paid for fast shipping and it never came. I emailed them and they said it should have been here and offered to send it out again???? No I want a full refund. Not another card that won’t come.

My order didn't arrive , when i3 contacted Boomf they informed me that it had been returned to them, but they had failed to tell me. I was informed that they could not re-send it and if I wanted to re-order it, they could give me a 25% discount! There was absolutely no way that they could refund or re-send the card for me. Not great customer service for a very expensive card that never got there!

i placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have not received the item. I emailed them and have not gotten a response. The last day I was able to track the item was 7 days ago and now there is no tracking information. the worst customer service ever.

Looks like I'll be commenting the same post as everyone else! Ordered on January 30th for Valentine's day card and still haven't received it and it is the 12th of February! So disappointed won't fall for this scam again! Someone needs to report this site!!

I’m currently on active orders for the Air Force and wanted to get my boyfriend a card and chocolate for Valentine’s Day but it’s now been 9 days with no updates... I’ve emailed them but haven’t received a response. I highly recommend not ordering from this website... I feel like I got scammed.

Utter rubbish. Promised delivery by a certain date, took my money. Missed date by a WHOLE WEEK. To make matters worse they sent chocolate with a best before date in DECEMBER 2019. It is now February! Disgusting.

I wish I had come across this site a while ago and see I am not the only one this has happened to. It is clear to see that this company should change their shipping strategy as it is clearly not effective. Ordered my card over 10 days ago and paid for 2-5 day shipping and still no sign of my order.

Saw this company as an advertisement on my social media. Looked interesting and thought it would be nice to do for my fiances birthday... boy was I WRONG. They do not provide any helpful shipping information and do not offer much assistance. I alerted them I haven't received my order so they just reordered the gift after I told them the occasion has passed and I am still waiting on BOTH items to come. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Seems to be just a money pit. Very disappointing.

I placed an order on the 18th of December I still haven't received it, it's 13rd of January. I was told the previous order was probably misplaced so they placed a new order. I asked them now much time it'll take once it's shipped they said it'll take upto 2 weeks. It clearly says it takes 6-9 days to be delivered once shipped , will never place an order from boomf again.

Although our delivery service is usually very reliable, there is always a very small chance of orders being delayed or lost altogether. Ordered a boomf and it never came. Emailed and called just to receive an apology and no real action. I Commented on their post suggesting people should read these reviews before considering buying their products and my comment was deleted. Trying to hide the fact that this company has absolutely horrible service. Don’t bother buying anything from boomf unless you want to throw your money away.

My boyfriend's birthday was November 9th. I ordered his card almost 2 weeks in advance since they said tracked delivery was 2-5 days. It's now November 19th and still haven't received the card. So, if you plan on ordering from them order way in advanced.
