I ordered this for Father's Day and it did not come on time even though I payed for expedited shipping. When the package finally arrived and the package was opened it did not even open and stayed folded. The most upsetting product I have ever ordered.

Horrible customer service. The expedited shipping did not get my product here on time. it took 11 days and not the 5 days promised. Fathers day was ruined. I did not have a gift to give my husband on fathers day from our children. I asked for a refund and they refused. i will NEVER order their products again!

I placed my order late on 6/4 for a father's day card and was notified on 6/5 that my order was done. It is now 6/18 (Father's day was 2 days ago) and i still haven't recieved it. So needless to say, i wont be ordering feom them again.

The photo box and confetti didn’t pop out at all. We had to take it out and physically do it ourselves. Not what i paid for.....I wanted to see the surprise on his face when it exploded. Very disappointing.

What a complete waste of money!! I was so excited for my husband to open this on fathers day...Card never popped open and the customer service said we didnt open it the whole way...i sent them a video.. ugh my husband ripped it open the whole way!! Shame on them for horrible product and customer service!! Never again!!! Disapointed customer

Bought the card for Fathers Day and we were so excited to watch him open it. However, it never popped open! We had to physically pop the card open ourselves. It was such a disappointment!

Husband opened his Father’s Day card and the confetti just trickled out then after a long delay the card emerged - nothing like the adverts! What a let down & extortionately priced for what it is. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately when my husband opened the packaging, the monkey and the confetti stayed within the packaging. It did not pop/ jump out of the card as I expected. Disappointed customer.

Warning: Do not purchase! Ordered the card for Father's day and paid $30 for express delivery which was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Needless to say, the item still has not arrived and the customer service has been unhelpful. I also contacted DHL and they were unable to locate the item. What a rip off! I should have read all the reviews prior to ordering, as it appears that others have had the same issues. What a disappointment!

Very disappointed with the card it is nothing like shown in video, does not explode on opening, only after you move confetti. This was for a 40th Birthday and was not a shock at all.

Ordered a card. They never sent it. I emailed. They never responded. For me, out of site out of mind but come to find out the recipient never received it and the company won't do anything. They will not make it right.

I ordered this as gift for my Fiance's birthday and it said it was being shipped out on May 23rd. It is now June 6th, and i still have not received my package. I gave it ample time so i still have 4 days before the surprise. I emailed customer support and they said they refuse to pay for express delivery in order for the card to make it to me in time. Now i'm left looking like an fool having to order and pay for the $25 express delivery when the first original card may still come in the mail....

Really wish I would've read reviews before buying ANYTHING from this company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE AWFUL AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! never received my order.
