Don't waste your money I bought the card for £8.99 but everything was wrong and not working I email to them but no one answered

Placed an order back in January received confirmation that it had been shipped on the 28th called 2 days before valentines and was told it was arriving on time. No product, I’ve called the number and it goes straight to voicemail. I want a refund. Very disappointed

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve seen their posts and advertisements on Instagram and other social media, so I was excited to try it out. Much like everyone else, I ordered it on the 1st of February (the shipping to the US says 6-9 business days) it is now the 15th and I have yet to recieve this order as it was a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Obviously their customer service has no care for their consumer because on the 10th I emailed them explaining I had yet to recieve the package. I finally received an email 5 days later that read “hi thank you for getting back to us, let us know if you still haven’t received the package. Then I will look into it.” Are you kidding me. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM. Don’t waste your money. Looks like the only way you’ll get your order is if you appear to be famous.

Really, really poor. Picture quality rubbish. Was addressed to me not my wife who it was intended for. She opened in front of me as per instructions it didn’t pop out so no confetti shower. So very disappointing

as all the previous reviews here, customer service sucks. Placed order on january 28, hasn't arrived yet, haven't heard from their customer service. I payed for the "tracking service" 5 dollars more, and guess what? THE WEBSITE OF THE CARRIER HAS ANY USEFUL INFORMATION; i'm not able to track it at all. Awful experience, great scam.

Same as everyone else on here, I placed an order towards the end of January and I got an email saying my order was shipped on January 31, 2019, it is Valentine’s Day and it was a surprise gift for my daughter and she never received it. I inquired about it a few days ago and they told me that she should get it by the 13th at the latest and if she didn’t to let them know. I did so right before this review so I’m hoping I can get a full refund. Not everyone can throw 10+ dollars away on the card that was supposed to be a surprise. I’ve been telling my daughter for two weeks now not to open the card unless someone is videotaping. So much for the surprise.

Like other posters, I ordered a product in what should have been (according to their advertisements!) plenty of time for Valentine's Day. A couple weeks later, and my product has not arrived. I have requested a refund but not heard back. This company should not have advertised on social media if they were not equipped to handle the orders - or, they should have updated their shipping information to clearly state orders would not be arriving in the usual amount of time, and also state they were not able to take Valentine's orders. Do not buy.

THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY YET THEY DO NOT DELIVER ITEMS AS STATED ON THEIR SITE!! I sent an email and response was I will not receive any information for at least 5 days. My order says it was shipped on 1/29/19, it is now 2/13/19 marking 11 business days, I don't know where they learned to count but this is 2 going on 3 days late. The website said 6-9 business days from date shipped, well its over that!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER AS SCHEDULED!!!

I placed an order for a Valentine’s Day card on January 28th, in plenty of time based on their website for it to be delivered on time. I received an email saying my order was made and being sent to me on January 30th. It is now February 12th and I haven’t yet received it, so I checked my order status and it said “not yet shipped.” I sent them an email asking why they said my order was being sent and it is still not shipped, and they replied saying it will take up to 5 business days to respond to my email. Frustrated with the lack of customer service and the amount of miscommunication happening. Wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering

i ordered a very special card for my sisters 50th, what arrived was a valentines card for someone else! it was quite amusing to begin with but at the end of the day my sister still had no birthday card from me! i contacted the company who offered refund or resend i chose refund and asked the card also be resent as the surprise had been spoilt and and after several emails they refused, bad customer service bad service all round!

Ordered a flutter card from boomf and the card was an absolute mess! The card was dented, and the inside of the card had lots of black marks all over it. They didn't use the two images that I supplied them, instead they repeated one of my images twice. The butterfly itself barely flies, is made of cheap paper, and just generally looks quite terrible. They were a total waste of money, and I would not order from them again.

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a boomf box early December and it took an entire month to get here. It also did not pop when it was opened. I requested a refund and was told that it did meet the 15 day time frame even though it clearly did not. They refuse to give me a refund even though their product didn’t work as it was suppose to. Don’t give this business your money.

First I still have not received my card i ordered well before Christmas, even though it states 5-7 day shipping. It has now been 11 days. I ordered the marshmallows and they look awful. EVERY SINGLE ONE is blurry and you can't make out the picture at all. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM BOOMF AGAIN

The box does not pop open with confetti as it appears to do in the ad. My husbands box opened up and he basically had to shake the confetti out of it. Very boring. I would not recommend to anyone.

Bought a birthday card on December 9th. It hasn’t arrived until now and they took until Christmas to realise that! Don’t recommend this company!

I ordered 2 cards for Christmas. The cards took almost 3 weeks to get to my house even though I paid for the extra shipping that should have been here with 5-7 working days. The cards weren’t all that special and when my step daughter and my girlfriend’s gram opened the cards they didn’t blow up. I would not recommend this product.

Ordered a card for my child as his birthday is Christmas Day, opened the card nothing popped out but to make matters worse the card inside wasn’t even his, it belonged to another customer, I am worried now who actually has my child’s card with his photo on & the names of his siblings on it! Boomf has got back to other customers (yes it’s Boxing Day) but haven’t got back to me I class this as quite serious! Nearly £8 for someone else’s card! Absolutely disgusting.

It’s been 20 days since I’ve ordered my product. Tried emailing customer service but to no avail. Terrible representation of the E-commerce world. 10/10 would NOT recommend anyone to purchase products from this company unless your’e willing to gamble a huge risk hoping that you’ll receive your product at all. (From Singapore btw)

If I could give it a 0, I would. Spent so much money for a card and it didn’t do what it was supposed to do. I ordered 3 cards for 3 bdays and none of them exploded. And they took forever to come. Good thing I ordered 2 weeks in advance. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying. Will never buy anything again from a fb ad. Don’t waste your money!
