I ordered a Boomf box in September. It is currently November and I have not received anything. I have given up trying to get my money back as their site does not provide any info on how to go about getting a refund. I do not recommend purchasing this product especially if you live outside of the UK/US.

I had ordered 2 boomf boxes and it has been over 3 week but none of them has articles yet. They were for a special ocassion but they have ruined it. It was such a waste of money! Never order in again and also spreading the word.

My order was created on 8 Oct and was told it will arrive by 12days, and it's 15 Nov today but still no news of my package. Emailed boomf but have yet to receive any help. :( feeling like I got scammed

I paid extra for the USA Domestic Tracked Shipping (cost about 3 dollars extra, and said 2-5 business days). Not only have I still not received the package that I ordered on November 3rd (9 days ago!), but I have sent a message to their FAQ email two days ago, and I still haven't gotten a response other than a "Thanks for your inquiry" email (just a confirmation reply). If I could give a zero star, I would. I am absolutely unsatisfied.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be here by the 22nd but I still don’t have it. Ordered a 2nd one that’s supposed to be there by the persons birthday on the 28th but I don’t hold out much hope. I have ordered stuff from India with standard shipping and received it in 2 weeks but they Boomf basically tells me it’s my fault that it’s not here because I used standard shipping. No compassion for their customers. Never will order again, $20 lesson learned.

I ordered my boomf Sept 25, and have not received it yet and it’s now October 14. I even messaged boomf itself and they were pretty useless about looking into where my package is. Starting to think this whole company is just a scam and a money grab. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !

I ordered my boomf card on August 27 and I still haven’t received it. It’s already September 24 and I was supposed to receive it on the 12th. I cannot track it because it is just a standard delivery. I will not order again.

"i ordered a present for my boyfriend on August 9 for our anniversary . it is now August 30th and i still have yet to receive my package. and every time i go to track my package it says does not exist. The website says 8-12 shipping days after purchase depending on where u live. i live in the México and i was supposed to have my package days ago. i will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered a boomf bomb cube with pictures but it’s did’t pop out . I sent an email to complain and costumer service offered me another cube but how can I re create the whole experience ????????? The surprise ?????????? And if they send me another with the same pictures what my grandma will do with two cubes ??????

What a waste of money! Don't spend money on this people, just a gimmick that doesn't actually work. The confetti comes out in one big lump and the cube won't pop out unless you make it. If you do buy one, just make sure you buy a back up conventional card!!

The card that I have purchased for my husband's birthday did not pop when opened. It just basically made a mess of scattered confetti on the floor. Disappointing! I have dm'ed on Ig but no reply.

The product didn't work, and when I asked for a refund (through email) from the company, they stopped responding to me. Very disappointing, and not to mention the product fail ruined what was supposed to be a cute surprise. Avoid this company. Use one of the others with a product guarantee that they actually stand behind.

I guess if you want it to come on time, you better order it a month in advance. Then when it finally came, late, it didn’t pop out or anything. Huge disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase again.

i ordered a present for my dad on June 8 for father’s day. it is now june 20th and i still have yet to receive my package. and every time i go to track my package it says does not exist.
