I feel like it’s false advertisement!! The videos show that the animal pops up and confetti goes everywhere and that does not happen in person. When you open the card the confetti stays there and the animal barley pops up. They exaggerate in the videos where the animals pop up and go on the floor!! Don’t buy. I got two already and they were both the same .

This is the second time I’ve ordered something and both times the item arrived much later than expected. I am still waiting on my last order which should have gotten here on Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m disappointed that this keeps happening.

Horrible service !!!! I did my order on 20th January and didn't receive anything then I asked for a re-order, still nothing! Now the occasion has passed. So basically they just stole my money!!!!!! First and last time ordering I DO NOT recommand.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would, give my my f*cking money back! Refund it keep the card Ive been waiting so long i already showed my bf the surprise because i know its not going to come, everyone go report @boomf on instagram please they are a total scam!

IT’S A SCAM! I ordered a gift on 5th February and still didn’t receive anything! customer support promised to look into this but instead just disappeared! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! in the meantime I’m checking consumer rights in EU

I ordered 2 identical boomf bombs for my kids for Valentine's Day. One arrived the day AFTER Valentine's Day, and the other has still not arrived! I have emailed the company with no response. Quite a bummer. I would not recommend buying this product, even the one we did receive, did not pop up. My son opened it, no pop, just a pile of little stars and a flat box....

I am very upset just recieved package yesterday the 18 th ordered on the 11th for vday. It said it would be delivered next day or 1-3days. Than they did not even pop out properly we literally had to pull it out I want my money back.

Bad company Do not order from here I’m reading through hundreds reviews of undelivered product No answers I ordered 6th for delivery on the 14th Here we are on the 18th no delivery no update in shipping and no response from company Lies lies lies Terrible customer service Save your money

200% a scam. Wish I had read all these reviews before buying. I bought my card for V-Day 2 weeks in advance and it never showed up, I have been emailing them for a week regarding a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. I will strongly advise anyone from every buying from this site ever. Terrible customer service.

Dont order from here, you wont receive your order! This company sucks! Wish I would have read the reviews first. I placed my order over 17 business days ago and still haven't received it! All they offered was to resend it or give me a code for another one. Wellllll the occasion it was for is over. Sending it out again wont work. Im gonna try to use the code for the free one I guess, but I'm not holding my breath. What a waste of damn money! Dont do it!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Just read the reviews and u will understand why. Iv never seen a site with such poor service. No confetti pop just a cheap box for nearly a 10er. Disgusted

What a rip off. £9.24 for a cheaply made box and cheap confetti that was probably worth a pound if that. I bought my girlfriend a Valentine's card (box) so dissapointed. I should of gone to moonpig or funky pigeon and got 3 cards and still would of been cheaper. Dont order from this site. Absolute greedy money grabbers. Cant see this company lasting long at them prices 😡😡

I ordered at the beginning of February, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything yet! The customer service is horrible!!! They take forever to respond! Don’t order from them, it’s a scam!
