I contacted the company twice since I didn’t get my package nor the money back. Lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I really regret wasting money and time to deal with this company.

I am so sorry to hear that you Boomf gift has not arrived yet. Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time 🤔 and it should have been delivered by 16 July at the latest 🤪 I can see there is no house or flat number on the address, only a street name, perhaps this is the reason why? 🤷‍♀️ Can you please have a look at your email 👀 I have just dropped you a message as I would lover to get his sorted right away. 😀

I’ve never received my card! But the money for it was taken out my bank account!! Wouldn’t use you again.

Rachel I am so sorry that you did not receive your Boomf gift 😢 This is far from the experience we had intended for you! 🤦‍♀️ Looking at your order, I have spotted that the house number is missing from the delivery address! Perhaps this is the reason why it got lost 🤔 I can see that you have been in contact with my colleague and we have activated a refund for you. 😅 I hope this does not put you off ordering a Boomf gift in the future, I think it's safe to assume that without the correct address, the order will be lost. 🤪

Had a card before and it was really good. So I ordered one for my niece 16th Birthday which was today and the card didn’t boof. So disappointed ☹️

Bought a card and it didn’t pop out the way it should have my mum had to put the card together herself which was very disappointing considering the money spent on the card.

Ordered Cube with confetti for my sons 18th Birthday. Completely disappointed! It didn’t explode or even provide a little eruption it just opened and spilled onto floor .. complete anti-climax and complete waste of money. I also paid extra for DHL to deliver quickly and it still took 5 days to arrive. Will never use you again.

Not even received the birthday card that was intended for my partner off his children. We never miss cards for each other and I am very upset. I have left information in the contact Us box but had nothing back. Still waiting for a refund!!!!

It arrived in an envelope that was describing the content so when she saw it she knew what it is, plus the picture was visible when opening the actual contend and again no surprise there... good idea but meh...
