As a birthday card box surprise . I wasn’t impressed by the size of the items I purchased for the amount of money it’s not very large photos or card . I would be happy with a refund

Anne, my apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped. Looking at your order I can see we dispatched it on time, and it should be delivered by 25 November at the latest. 😅 Your gift went with our standard shipping service, this takes 8-12 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive once shipped. 💕

Ordered and paid for before the 9th of November when it was shipped??? Still not here and will now miss the special birthday it was meant for. Really peed off!!!!!

Extremely disappointed. Brought one of the flutterby cards for my daughters 18th birthday. It didn’t do anything. I had one for my other daughters 21st and she loved hers. I will not be ordering again and expect a full refund.
