Very poor service, cancelled my order without telling me and so missed the day of the special occasion. Then to make amends offered me a.refund on something I already was getting refunded, to look good. NEVER AGAIN

The delivery box was battered and one of the balloons wasn't fully blown up. The presentation and balloons was soo poor I did not give it to my girlfriend as I was embarrassed at the quality.

Awful product. Massively overpriced and the “pop” mechanism failed to work. A few cheap and tacky flakes of confetti really doesn’t make up for it. Couple this with the fact that no one from the company has bothered to contact me after the first review I left, even though they said someone would. All in all a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience for my 12 year old niece.

Ordered flutter card with champagne abs chocolate. On my friends bday only the box turned up the chocolate bars were broken in bits no card enclosed. Then after speaking with boomf another was sent dhl, they wanted a signature so couldn’t receive it still. 2 days later 2 cards showed up. One of the flutters didn’t open up the other one did. Was it value for money. In answer no. I’d rather spend the same amount of money in something better.

This was quite a disappointment as it was nothing like we expected. The confetti did not work as it was shown and actually when it arrived the confetti was all over the place and not in it’s place.

I ordered a card for my brother in October. It never came so I contacted boomf and they sent a replacement. It also never came. I have never been so disappointed and upset I couldn’t give my brother his card for his birthday. IF YOU ARE IN THE U.S. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Find a copy from Amazon. My money went down the drain.

I was so disappointed. I ordered 2 cards a confetti bomb and a butterfly card for my nephew. The confetti bomb just sort of spilled out over the card and the butterfly instead of popping out the card flopped out.
