Not what I expected, I paid £9 plus for a box and some confetti that sprang from a different package!!! Very poor.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I ordered a Christmas bomb card and it never came in the mail. I ordered in the beginning of December and it's January and still haven't received anything. I have tried contacting them multiple times and NO response. The only response I got from them after telling them about my issue was 'what was your order number *heart emoji*'. Then NOTHING AFTERWARDS. Honestly, you ruined my Christmas present for my boyfriend and I hate that.

Horrible horrible horrible. My orders never came and it should've came before Christmas. I ordered almost 3 WEEKS AGO. I'm upset because my boyfriend never got his gift and customer service takes forever to answer. And I still to this day don't have the order I PAID for. If this continues on, I will NEVER recommend you guys to any of my friends, colleagues, family again. Please fix your customer service and your orders because this is ridiculous.

The card i bought my mum the elastic band was snapped on the butterfly so nothing happend , then my brother card the dragon just flopped out the box not worth the money at all

Poor customer service! Every response was from a different representative. The card was never received and the replacement that was sent (2month process) was a DOA. The flutter card did not work, the butterfly was flat and was such a disappointment! Never ever will I order again! Also, order replacement and or credit was only offer. They would not even expedite shipping after order was missing unless I paid more. Horrible business!
