My first card arrived bent and then popped in my cupboard overnight. I emailed to ask for a replacement and was told it would be sent the next day, which was great, but I was then sent someone else’s 50th photo on my daughter’s 10th card! I emailed again to be told our card was due to arrive too, but that hasn’t come.

I've receive my cards and I've been waited for more than a month. I waste my time and money, and lost the chance to give the big surprised. It's a very unhappy experince.

The cards were great as usual....but... I wanted to send a gift box to my sister in Warrington. But because I am currently in Spain, the system decided that I wanted to send something to Spain - a transaction on which jolly old Brexit has put the kybosh. I am British, with a British credit card, a billing address in the UK, and a delivery address in the UK. I went to Fortnum and Mason in the end. They said they cannot deliver to Spain, but they did allow me to deliver to Warrington with no problems at all. Don’t let your IT dictate your customer service. It should be the other way round!

Very disappointed that the product has still not been delivered 8 days after ordering. Hence I am unable to comment on product item but I will not use Boomf again. You have taken my money and given poor customer service- no Birthday card for my daughter who we are unable to see due to covid restrictions and were hoping to be able to send a timely surprise.

Card went off as I opened the envelope and there was no way it was going to re load despite numerous attempts. Very disappointed, won' be buying again. 😡

Was very disappointed in my pop up card , I brought it for my dads 70th and it didn’t do what it shown on the TV, didn’t pop out with confetti and a little box 😢

Delivery said 2-3 days I purchased a week and half before it was required and it was late. Communication when trying to chase where it was was slow to come back to me. And they didn’t even give me a discount for the product that by the time it came I didn’t need anymore. And the communication from the company was far too slow and poor.

If you ordered the bomb card it arrives flat- simply hand to the recipient and they open the tab pull back the side tabs and allow it to pop and explode into shape! 🎁🤩

Bought for my granddaughter and when she opened the card only a couple of bits of confetti came out for the price it wasn’t worth it wouldn’t buy again

This was a box card for an 8 year old kid because he thought they were brilliant when he saw them on tv. However it was more than disappointing, I purchased the card and ordered before 2pm for next day delivery but 2 days later on his birthday I got an email to say it had only just been dispatched. Then when the card finally arrived he went to open it as per the instructions and the card just fell out as did the confetti. There was no exploding out as it shows just fell to the floor and completely disappointed everyone. I wouldn’t of minded and put it down to bad luck but it’s not the first time it’s happened but last time there was a little something there so it was able to be put back together and try again but this time couldn’t even do that. These cards aren’t cheap and I spent a lot of my time having resize everything to make it a personal card for him to then have it late even though stated order before 2pm for next day delivery and for it to be faulty and not work at all was very poor. If I could give 0 stars I would as I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the product completely. The idea is brilliant it’s just poorly executed or at least the 2 box cards I have had were.
