My card didn't work, which was rather a let down for my son's birthday! I'm giving 2 stars because Will, in your customer services team was extremely helpful and gracious when I contacted you.

Sadly the box didn’t explode as we thought and the confetti just stayed in the box. It was very disappointing and definitely not what we had expected. It’s a shame as the product itself was well made. Just the execution that was poor.

Butterfly didn’t fly just went to the ground. And the confetti got stuck. Wouldn’t buy again

Sadly the website was playing up, I ended up with 5 identical cards in my basket, had to delete 4... then it went to wrong address!

Hi Elaine The item would have been delivered to the address that had been input by the customer. We do ask at the time of checking out and again when the confirmation email is sent to make sure that all details are correct.

All the confetti came out in transit so it was a little underwhelming when giving it as a gift

Order process gives no indication to lead time so ended up arriving with recipient days before their actual birthday. Opening was disappointing to say the very least. Barely popped and most of the confetti remained in the packaging, definitely wasn't as per the videos.

The cube card came quickly, however when my husband ‘activated’ it, nothing happened. I was expecting it to pop out of the packaging like on the adverts, but it just turned into a cube, and remained on the card. Once it was a cube, it was exactly what I had asked for, however it wasn’t received in the dramatic fashion I had hoped for.

Honestly I was quite disappointed. I ordered some items for my friends 30th. The balloon wasn't helium and was already deflating and half of the design was scratched off. The card that came with it was absolutely appalling quality, none of the text was centred and it looked like it had been ripped rather than cut on a guillotine. After seeing the videos I was expecting the card to have more of an effect, but it just fluttered out gently. It didn't burst out like it does on the videos. The sweet box was also disappointing and nothing like advertised. Personally felt like this was a waste of money. Very expensive for what was actually received.

Not as much Boomf as the last one I purchased. It hardly exploded and wasn’t flat looked like it was over stuffed. Not happy as i went for the higher priced card which obviously had less Boomf effect.
