“I was disappointed with the Boomf bomb as it didn't pop. It was for my niece's 7th birthday and we were trying to make it extra special to make up for the fact that she couldn't have a birthday party due to extra covid restrictions in Newcastle. I'd built up the surprise and nothing happened when she opened the envelope. She even had to throw the confetti up in the air herself! It was very disappointing and I don't think I would spend the money on a boomf again.”

“You’re video, advertising is all over the internet so it wasn’t really a surprise ☹️ They knew what it was as they had seen your videos. I’m I felt disappointed sending it because it’s flooded the internet 😞😞😞”

“The item that I purchases did not deliver the desired effect when it was opened. The confetti didn’t pop up and out but had to be taken out! Very disappointed as obviously it was a gift for a 7 year old boy.”

“Order a flutter card for partner’s birthday and as the family were watching and waiting for the surprise effect, but the ‘flutter’ part didn’t work when the card opened due to the elastic band been broken. So a bit disappointing after the build up.”
