I ordered the surprise box for my Daughter and THERE WAS NO SURPRISE!!! It didnt work, nothing happened. I've even recorded the moment (or lack of). I can't even begin to express the disappointment . . . . . . . 🤢 I've requested a refund and nobody has come back to me....

We are so sorry to hear this and thank you for your feedback. We don't add any branding on our shipping envelopes as this helps keep the surprise under wraps! But our inner envelopes carry our trademark design as featured on the website 🙂

I haven’t got my parcel, it is still in the dhl locker, I emailed Boomf days ago & I still havnt heard anything g back, I tried calling dhl & was on hold for an hour ...

This is a scam! Please avoid. I ordered my card bomb last week as a valentines gift and was told it was shipped on Monday 8th February and i should have received Wednesday 10th February. It's now 13th February and I have received nothing. Have also emailed the company asking for an update and have received no response back. Also find it strange there is no royal mail tracker number to track the order.

Oh dear, we are sorry to hear that. You did get in contact with us 📞to let us know and we did refund the shipping. You were so lovely in your emails that you even said that you knew it wasn't our fault and that delays happen. Hope your nephew still loved his card despite the delay. 🎉🎉🥳🥳

Overpriced? Oh dear, we are sorry that you feel this way Rob but our products are hand assembled so a lot of love and care goes into this. Yes, the Boomf bombs come in a flat pack to be opened by the recipient ready to 'Pop' out and surprise them. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I ordered a card that I still haven't received yet after six days, I sent a request to the company to find out what's happened to it and I've still heard nothing so I can safely say I won't be ordering anything else.

Very surprised you’re asking me for a review regarding my recent order. If you’d checked my account you would have realised it’s been a complete nightmare dealing with Boomf & the valentines card you sent has gone straight in the bin. Thanks for your understanding NOT.

It's such a shame you feel this way. Unfortunately, the mistake was an error on your part and we couldn't grab it in time before it went to the printer's. We did try our best to help and also offered you a promo code to remake your card but instead you decided that you didn't want this and that you would leave lots of bad reviews instead. 🙈🙈😔😔
