“Ordered a valentines card for valentines on the 7th February and it still hasn’t arrived on the 13th. When I click on the track order link it doesn’t show me anything which is very disappointing. I’ve also tried messaging someone on Twitter with my order number but no reply. Awful service especially as I wanted the card for valentines”

“Ordered a valentines card for my partner a week ago, still not here and we’ve had our post today so it’s not coming in time now so that was a waste of almost £10 what a joke, wouldn’t even give them 1 star, would not recommend or use again 🤬”

“I bought this as a special Surprise for my daughter, I was so excited couldn’t wait to receive the package. The card was perfect but the chocolate coated Strawberries were very poorly presented, the champagne/wine was nice but the whole package together could have been presented so much better and in a stylish why, I was slightly disappointed, as I felt like I had to rewrap everything myself.”
