The pictures on the box were nice but the actual 'explosion' was a complete dud, the confetti just slid out the box.

We work really hard to get all gifts dispatched on time, so I would love to get this resolved for you. 😀 Looking at your order I can see we dispatched on the same day you ordered it 🤔 and it should have been delivered by 20 July at the latest. I am unable to make up the box i thought it came made up i would not have bought it if i had known very disappointing. instructions should have been put in the packet as it is flat packed useful tip explain on your site you have to make this up

Pat, the Boomf bomb comes in a flat rectangular envelope with a tab on the front that should be ripped off by the recipient when being opened. Once this tab is removed (making sure to hold the sides of the card and tear the tab off entirely), the card will pop out of the envelope in a shower of confetti, forming the cube card you have designed! 💫💥🔥 You do not need to assemble anything yourself 😅 If you need any further help please email us at hello@boomf.com 😀

I think the advertisements for the product make the product better than what you have paid for when it arrives, it’s quite pricey to be that small.

I ordered a boomf card and sweet box for my sons birthday, his birthday was a week ago and still no sign of either card or sweets. Not impressed. I was planning on ordering again for my other children's birthdays but won't be bothering now. Obviously can't comment on the boomf card as we haven't received it.
