Really disappointed as I paid for express delivery for £6.99 which is almost the price of the card. Ordered on the Saturday and card was delivered on the Tuesday missing the birthday itself so not very happy. Don’t off express delivery when when I you cannot supply that service. If it’s to do with Covid well then fine but don’t make people pay double when you cannot commit

My apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped 😢 Our DHL Tracked Express Shipping service arrives the next working day once shipped. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. This information is both on the checkout page and our shipping page https://boomf.com/shipping . Your order was placed on Saturday, we printed, assembled and dispatched it on Monday for it to be delivered on Tuesday. 🤪 I hope your gift was enjoyed nonetheless. 😀

I ordered for my sons 14th birthday and it arrived 3 days after his bday. It was ordered in plenty in time. Have been asked twice since for reviews but haven’t heard a thing back

Some how the creation I deleted, as it was the wrong way round, ended up being ordered and therefore charged for so a flutter card ended up costing over £20. For that reason I don't trust you website and won't be ordering again. Shame as the correct card was great

When checking out the images of what is in your basket are shown and information regarding the products are shown on both the order and shipping confirmation. We are always happy to cancel orders made by mistake if it is highlighted to us 🙂

Card was small considering the price. An additional envelope would have been nice as the card came to me first and I have subsequently sent it to the recipient. A preview of the card when ordering not available so don’t know what the finished product looks like.

The last 2 times I have purchased the boomf box has not popped up which is the whole point of it .very disappointed will not be purchasing again

The confetti didn’t come out of the card, said it would take 1-3 days and it took 5 which ruined the birthday card as it was after their birthday

I am so sorry for the trouble you have experienced when placing your order 😢 This is far from the experience we would want for you! 🤦‍♀️ Looking at your order I can see that you ordered two cards and requested to cancel one of them. Unfortunately, your order had already been printed and shipped so we were unable to cancel one of them for you. 🤔 I can see that you emailed us three times requesting to cancel a card, we responded to one of your emails to inform you that your order was already shipped. 🤪 We do not reply to duplicate emails as the response would be identical to each other. I am really sorry that we couldn't get to your order in time to cancel one of your cards, I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. I hope the second card could be enjoyed nonetheless. 😀

Received the wrong order with a card of somebody else’s children. A little concerned that someone else now has a picture of my children. Kind of spoiled my mother’s birthday but it’s ok because they gave me a refund!

The card was excellent, plenty of confetti and a great pop-up card box......such a shame that the first order, which was placed in plenty time to arrive for a birthday, didn’t arrive and a repeat order had to be created and sent. The item arrived on the 13th of July and it was meant to arrive on the 8th at the latest.

Irene, I'm sorry to hear you gift didn't arrive as quickly as you hoped. Looking at your order I can it was dispatched with our standard shipping option which is 1st Class Royal Mail, once dispatched this takes 1-3 day to arrive. We do have a faster shipping option, which is a next working day delivery service 🤪 I hope your gift was enjoyed nonetheless. 😀

The box didn’t ‘boom’ when opened, instead I had to tell them to shake the packaging (still didn’t expand) so had to remove the box from packaging and finally it expanded ...

I wasnt overall impressed with the product, after seeing the advert and expecting the cube to really jump out the box and the confetti to pop out aswell I was really excited! But when my sister opened hers it didn't really pop at all and the confetti just fell to the floor. I feel really disappointed.
