It didn’t pop as shown in the advertisement! My daughter had to shake it after to get the confetti out! 🙁 disappointed!

I ordered cards for next day and I ordered on Monday for next day as on Sunday was a friends birthday she and I didn’t get till Monday a day other her birthday and I pay for next day

Received the card but not the jewellery I ordered. My granddaughter thought I had not bought her a gift. I have emailed requesting that it be sent ASAP. Let’s see what happpens.

Sent a card way in advance for a 6 year olds birthday. She was sad because her birthday to Disney world had to be canceled because of the covid-19. Everyone sent her gifts and cards in the mail to brighten up her day. Mine never got to her. So very disappointed about this. They offered to send it again or give me free shipping on another item. I sent the gift, even though it'll be very late. They should have offered me a bit more than free shipping... I won't be using them again, unfortunately.

Pretty poor, the individual receiving has to rip the tab all the way off - and it is completely useless if (like me) you have an inquisitive recipient who pulls back the tab slowly and only half way - revealing the confetti sitting there, which they were then able to tip out and dispose of...!

Actual box was cute, but without instruction my husband had the card facing him and tilted towards himself and it was more of a puff than a Boomf. ☹️☹️

I wasn't sure at first how the Boomf Bomb worked. When my daughter pulled the tab back it was a bit slow to go off. It was OK the cube and confetti popped out but not with a great boom. Different but expensive.

yesterday i ordered a wild card but accidentally chose the wrong shipping method. I made and ordered a new card today. I wanted to cancel the previous one, but that seems to be impossible, while the terms of condition state that it can be canceled if the card has not yet been sent. I have sent an email but unfortunately due to the crowds it cannot be answered on time. today I also received an email that they were both sent. too bad now I pay double ... maybe it is handy that if something is not possible it should not be put in the terms of condition. Really disappointed , nearly £10 spent on a boomf card for a special occasion and didn’t even pop up , only good thing is pictures were right , won’t be ordering off here again 👎🏻

The picture quality in cube was nice but the confetti did not pop up at all you were able to just handpick this in a stuck right out of the card once opened, so this didn't serve the purpose of getting it at all.

Completely failed to pop, which was the whole point of ordering this product. Thankfully the photo cube is of decent quality, but the product did not perform as expected. Husband very understanding, but I’m disappointed. Will not order another.

The item itself was nice. I had It expedited and it came within the 2-3 day promise and was shipped the next day it had been ordered since i missed the deadline. But it didnt pop open, pretty disappointing, had to literally pop it together herself. I ordered it for my daughter's friends and my daughter was excited to see her reaction...and so was I :(

It arrived on time but confetti didn't explode,looked tacky and cheap. The salted caramel box was nothing to write home about. Not worth the money at all.
