I can't review this yet because it still hasn't arrived after 1 week and my neices birthday has now passed yesterday so it was pretty much a waste of time and money.

Do not pay for next day delivery on a Thursday youll receive it on a Monday as they apparently don't deliver on a weekend.

Matthew, my apologies your card did not arrived as quickly as you hoped. Our UK DHL Tracked Express Shipping arrives the next working day once it is shipped. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. All orders made before 2pm get dispatched the same day. As your order was placed on Thursday evening, it then got dispatched on Friday. 🤪

The product was disappointing for the price. Expensive surprise gift which didn’t live up to the video results shown in advertisements:-(

I complained that The Boomf card I ordered was faulty. I was promised a replacement 2 weeks ago. Today I have not received anything. For the cost I am very disappointed with the service. Look forward to your response.

When you are selling and delivering birthday and other event based greetings cards, you must offer specified date delivery.

The card LOOKED really nice as far as the print job and picture, but it totally malfunctioned and the confetti didn’t fly out at all. Definitely a let down. TOLD my daughter what it was supposed to do, but just not the same 😕

I ordered 2 butterfly cards after seeing the brilliant and funny videos on your Instagram page. Both of the cards were opened and the butterfly did not fly out from the card. 20 odd pounds wasted. Luckily there was more of a meaning to the cards but not impressed that they didn’t work.

Bought this Boomf box mainly for the confetti shooting out. My friend opened her box on her birthday and nothing came out. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again.

Delivery time was good but when my 11 year old daughter came to undo it the bits didn’t pop out waste of money bought this as we in Lockdown thought it be something different
