“You advised to order the shipper boxes but turns out that advice was incorrect. Now you refuse to exchange them. I’ve spent over 4.5k with you (plus issues along the way) so to say I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. I won’t be ordering from you going forward if this is the level service I receive.”

They are very efficient and accommodating of individual business needs - they responded to my initial email within the hour and had my order ready for pickup the same day, just as they advised they would.
