“Order Placed 17 August tracked order to be delivered 31 August only to have it returned incorrect address. Never recieved a phone call or email to correct the problem .”

We then forward to the carrier which you chose on check out being Australia Post which at present state that your item/s may take longer to arrive than usual due to the pandemic and the lead up to Christmas. Carriers are experiencing delays Australia-wide due to local restrictions and increased volumes. The faster option we offer our customers for delivery is via StarTrack if available in their area. “I paid express post and it definately didn’t arrive express....sat in Yarra Glen for 4 days alone, it will be a week since I placed my order soon....”
