“Product was/is exxellent. Service was let down by Collect+. I received a text saying the item wss ready for collection. It hadn't been delivered though. Apparently the error/delayed was due to damage to the parcel. It took a total of 4 days to finally get delivered. No text pure chance... Upon collection there was no sign of any damage. I think had been left on the van from the original delivery and the damage was simply an excuwe...”

“Delivered stuff quickly via decent courier - good. Faulty product - bad. Handled return reasonably and quickly, again via decent courier - good. A few months later, followed up refund with erroneous automatic e-mail suggesting the refund wasn't going to go through - bad. Overall? Meh.”

“My Kingston Data Drive arrived on time and looked as advertised, made of metal and quite small. However it stopped working after a few months. The USB connection and memory chip have been pushed back into the metal housing.”

“I bought this Telefunken tablet because I'd rather spend more money on a budget tablet than buy a cheap Chinese brand that's reputably fragile. The item looked well built and solid enough to withstand even a minor accident. It looked a very good buy until I started struggling with the sound. The sound quality is pretty poor compared to my smartphone. When I contacted the seller, he said that the speakers are small and that I should buy an external speaker. I bought a blue tooth speaker but it's not working. I don't know which one is defective. If you want a tablet as an alternative to a laptop to browse the internet, this is a good buy. However if you want to watch movies or videos I don't think you would want to compromise on sound quality.”

“new dell pc was damaged as well as parts missing & noisy was offered £10 to cover noisy dvd drive missing card reader & dented case that was a joke needless to say sent back for a full refund which was easy enough & the reason I didn't rate as very poor”

“Unfortunately there was a defect with the Asus TF101. The screen worked fine but the problem lay with it's connection to the keyboard and it had to be returned. No real hassle with the return but took a while for it to be checked and the money refunded. This is the second time I've had this sort of trouble with this range the other being the Tf401 so got an iPad which has been trouble free. If you by this item make sure to keep the packaging for a while just in case.”
