Competitive pricing and good range of products but let down by the fact that delivery to store was not as promised.

Packaging left a little to be desired, the KB box was pretty beaten up inside the polythene bag it had been posted in. Otherwise a good transaction, quick dispatch and low price!

I have put a 3 star rating due to the product price which was the cheapest on the internet. The delivery service was anything but 3 star however. Admittedly I opted for the free 5 day delivery but as with other online retailers I expected this to be a maximum wait not a statement of fact. I ordered the item on a Wednesday morning, payment was taken on the following Friday and I then received a notification on the following Tuesday that item was being despatched. I finally got the item on the following Thursday after having to travel 15 miles to the sorting office to pick it up.

Although the actual service is good and prompt they do make things harder for themselves. The first alarm I purchased for myself was not delivered on Saturday (through no fault of Box), when I called them I found out they do not operate a customer service on weekends which to me is a little ridiculous considering how big they are. When i spoke to someone on Monday they refunded my delivery charge straight away. However, the problem did not finish there. Two days later I purchased the same alarm for my brother in law to arrive on Friday, only to find out on Friday (delivery day) that my account has been put on hold despite paying £800 for two alarms. Once again, I had to call customer services and they couldn't explain why my account was on hold and that they would resolve this for me. I then decided to call someone in Accounts who also had no idea why my account was on hold, but they managed to find out. The simple fact that I received a refund for my delivery charges for the first order (Saturday delivery) the "system" somehow froze my account. This now meant that I would receive my delivery on the Monday, despite asking for a Saturday delivery they did not want to accommodate me for all the unnecessary delay and confusion. Had I not called Box to inquire why my delivery was being delayed I honestly do not know how long I would have had to wait for this to be picked up by someone who would of just got in contact with me to resolve any issue. I feel they are more reactive than proactive which does not give a good impression especially when you are selling products through an Internet portal. Overall, good customer service (when you tell them what the problem is).

A competitive price and promise of the item being in stock was the attraction. Ordered on a Saturday so processed on Monday, as would be expected. However, sending out on the Thursday for 'next day' delivery wasn't and lack of any ability to track meant I stopped in for two days before it arrived Monday lunchtime.

Product was as described. Delivery was slow and took 3 days on payed for Next Day Delivery. Outer and inner boxes were damaged (due to carrier).

Product as described and seems 100% (After only 2 days usage) Delivery, however was really disappointing. I paid for the enhanced 48Hr delivery but it took , in fact. 10 days to be delivered. On enquiry , i was told that it was 48 hrs after the pc was built -- no indication on the website that this was the case. Packaging was poor . and the outside box had significant damage despite being cris crossed with "Fragile" tape. DPD were the couriers. -- I was so concerned that I took pictures of the package before I opened it, fearing that the contents would be damaged. Cosmetically there was no damage, but after only 2 days use who knows????

I had requested next day shipping but in total took 3 days, I had placed the order in the morning well before any cut off time. I had to chase customer service 3 times for tracking before I received it. but arrived well packed and as described.

my only gripe was the fact that i could not access one of the hard drives. Box could not help as they do not have a tech department, they gave me a number to call, turned out to be for motherboards, called box again and was given web site for gigabyte. Anyway, sorted it myself, box had not formatted or created a partition on the drive, not the end of the world, but annoying. second gripe, the laptop was full of malware etc, malwarebytes found over 100 items. It would be good to have a clean purchase!!!!.

Fast turn around, good communication, but suspect build quality as my computer would have been useful as it came apart as I removed it from the box. If the case is designed to come apart easily then a label or other notification would have been useful.

I won't be unfair since the product overall is good. It runs well and I am using it as intended. However I can't believe there is much quality control in this store since the ports and jacks on the back of the tower aren't aligned therefore making me unable to use any of the jacks. The only option given upon complaint was to return the product which is too inconvenient due to me using it for work. I am disapointed in the quality of build and testing prior to being sent out as I don't think this would have been a hard fix or difficult to spot. I guess someone could't be bothered the day my build was completed which is unfortunate. Still I've given a normal rating as everything else is spot on.

ordered this charger on the 8th of the month - dispatched on the 9th, received on the 15th. P & P included in price but sent second class royal mail so you need to be patient! Charger works perfectly so happy with that.

Ordered for first time from BOX. Item looked and worked fine but the packaging it came in was all damaged and looked like it took a beating. The packaging did not arrive in a resalable condition. Perhaps they should put items in a box and add padding similar to what ebuyer do. Just a suggestion :). Other than that, the communication and delivery time were excellent.

I find a surcharge for CC payment unreasonable. It is simple it is quick and it is to your advantage> Accept it as a sales cost and who knows you may increase your business. I seriously considered purchasing form elsewhere. My business would not consider being so petty when making a very valuable sale. I would have rated higher had you not been penny pinching.

The Zyxel AP is as usual not easy to set up but I think I have achieved that. The delivery from Box was very fast at an excellent price.

Product arrived on time, was kept updated by the seller on delivery time. Would have preferred the tracking ID myself so I could track it, but good enough. Only other issue is that they don't dispatch over the weekend, but this isn't the end of the world. Overall, good price, good product, good service.

The first case arrived badly damaged, I have to say that you delt with the return very quickly by refunding as the case I order was out of stock. I chose a different case and that has been delivered quickly as is in good order. many thanks.

Two items from one order delivered by two different companies. Big box (PC case) by DPD, smaller box (PSU) by Business Post. DPD driver very rude throwing 'effing foreigner' at me. He should not be allowed to deal with customers. The other guy, from Business Post friendly and polite - quite opposite to DPD employee.
