“I paid for extra for a guaranteed delivery on Wednesday I phoned them on Wednesday - They said 'you'll definitely get it today' but was not given any tracking number and no surprise - no delivery. Phoned back Thursday and they said 'we'll get back to you' - they didn't get back to me, and again - no delivery. Phoned back Friday and they still had no answer for me so at this point I was forced to cancel my order from elsewhere. No professionalism at all. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT LIKE LONG DELAYS TO YOUR ODERS!”

“Was looking to purchase a racing wheel and found that box had the Logitech G29 at 33% off. Was a good deal but then found the had and open box wheel in grade A condition for an extra £30 off, the reason being “Damaged Box”, so I jumped on it and bought that one. Was delivered via DPD next and as far as I’m concerned, it’s in perfect condition. The damaged box was a slight tear in the front. The wheel and pedals were as new. The product itself is great and I would recommend buying from this company. Keep and eye out for any price reductions they have due to damaged boxes and what not. You might snag yourself a great deal.”

“Bought a Netgear Orbi router and satellites (3 pack) from Box after a fair bit of research. Box had the best price by far, with the bonus of a discount code, and delivered quicker than expected so I'm a very happy bunny. Kept me up to date on despatch and delivery and everything went to plan. Great price and quick (free) delivery - what more can you ask for?”
