“The box was left by the main entrance door of my building where anybody could just go with it. The driver didn’t even bother climbing few steps ( first floor) and since I was dealing with my baby i couldn’t take the box straight away. I then had to leave my baby alone to pick it up. BOT HAPPY AT ALL.”

“have ordered from this site before with no issues. this time i found out on expected day of delivery (i phoned them) that part of the order was out of stock. customer service resolved issue quickly and received notification that order had been dispatched later that same day. delivery attempted next day. order was well packaged and protected. would definitely use again but would be nice if they contact customer if there are issues with the order. good value. customer service resolved issue quickly.”

“I've always had a good experience buying from box and I've practically built my full set up from them. Box has always been happy to help with any problems I've had aswell. “Delivery is very quick and efficient, two orders placed both arrived next day as promised. The first order was for a refurbished 3D printer which arrived faulty and in a poor condition. Order was returned but it took 21 days for the order to be refunded, this was a painful experience and I do hope this was a one off and not the normal service this company would provide. The second order was for a new 3d printer which arrived in good condition and was setup trouble free and is currently printing a test model. So my experience is 50% Great and 50% poor but I would consider using them again in the future, just wish the returns and refund process for a faulty on arrival product was easier and faster.”
