“This is my third order placed in the last six months and as with the previous orders I can't fault Box's service. Dispatch and communication are brilliant will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“I ordered a custom build PC from this company. My biggest mistake. They charged 149 GBP for a 10 day build and 20 days down the line, they haven’t even build the PC. I can understand that there may be delays. But it only gets better. After taking full payment, they vanished from the scene. No updates, no correspondence that the order is delayed. No updates on my account on the website either. So, I waited and finally called the customer service the day before the expected delivery. Boy oh boy, I have never met a more condescending person in my life. Each sentence began with “as I just told you..”. Anyway he reassured me that everything is fine and I can take a leave from work the next day to receive the delivery. I received no tracking info even the next day (big surprise). So, I called them again. This time I was told that the item hasn’t even been dispatched. He will “message” the builders to ask for an update and send me a follow up email in an hour. As usual, nothing happens and I call again. Same response this time. I feel that I have been scammed off 2800 pounds. They took money for service they can t provide, treat customers like garbage and have no professional responsibility. Please don’t fall for the promises in the website and avoid at all costs.”

“Furious. Ordered some parts on Friday evening, paid extra for Sunday delivery. Didn't turn up. The order didn't even get dispatched until Monday evening and will arrive Tuesday, 48 hours late and I will now have to go out of my way to be home and receive the parcel. I emailed their customer service and had a reply promising to escalate and get back to me, but I never actually got a reason as to why this is late. I run a large PC repair workshop, this kind of service is bad for my business. I was hoping to do some business or trade account work with this company, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.”

“Rapid delivery - arrived in perfect condition, super eady to set up. Had a week now and no problems to date. Pricing very competotive compared to other sites. Have not had any isdues at all so have not had to contact the customer service department. Based on my eeperience to date, I would certainly recommend.”

“This is the 3rd Draytek Vigor AP903 I have purchased from Box Ltd. Delivery has always been on time and speedy. Theyare my Goto for IoT equipment and the pricing is always good One word of warning but not regarding Box Ltd, just watch updating the Firmware of these Draytek AP's as the latest version can remove access to the Management Console via wireless Android devices. Keep the version at 1.4.2 until the issue is resolved”

“Delivery of the laptop is delayed for 3 days already, no tracking provided. Each time I call they claim they raised the issue with the warehouse but the warehouse didn't get back to them yet. No time for fun and games. Cancelled my order. Customer service seems nice but unfortunately can't resolve simple issue.”
