“Order Reference {92GYBHA9TK} I ordered a ASUS ROG Strix 850W 80 PLUS Gold Fully-Modular PSU Power Supply. The whole order process and website navigation was super smooth. The dispatch and delivery was very quick. As for the product itself, It was of usual asus exeptional quality and craftsmanship. I only buy asus as i believe it stands the test of time and very competitively priced. Excellent!”

“I ordered the D-Link HD Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Camera but have yet opened it to set into operation so fingers crossed it will work fine. But the item arrived within a few days so I was impressed very much of item being dispatched so quickly.”

“Lenovo Legion 5, 17 inch screen, 16Gb Ram, Ryzen 7 5800, Nvidia RTX 3070. Great value for money. I cannot fault this computer. Bought it to replace a Dell Precision M6600 which I bought in 2011 and is still going strong. I can only hope this Lenovo will last as long. It is entirely made of plastic but feels sturdy and well built”

“Bought a Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H, Nvidia 3070, 16GB RAM, Windows 11. Excellent device, even under load temperatures for cpu sit around 80-85c with power set to full. Idles at 40c Gpu uses full wattage and isn't capped. All in all can't complain whatsoever”

“Really happy with the overall experience with Box. Easy to order, customer service back up was excellent, when I wanted to add an extra item after checking out! Great price for quality Samsung products. Why not 5 stars? Courier company (Arrow XL) didn't deliver on the scheduled date and were painful to deal with regarding rescheduling a delivery date that suited them and not me - even though it was their fault!”

“My second purchase from this company and again, good price, fast delivery. This fan is excellent, easy to operate, has a remote control and is whisper quiet. Importantly, it doesn't eat up the electricity. It's made the recent heatwave more bearable. Worth every penny.”

“Ordered a TV from here on the 22nd, paid next day delivery. Tracking provided didn’t work until the following Monday, after back and forth over email on Monday the customer sales team informed me they could only book my delivery for the 29th, Box confirmed that the delivery options offered on their website were incorrect but following my emails never updated the website to reflect true delivery times. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me the full £1199 I’d paid so I could buy a different TV from Curry’s, and Box then begun ignoring my emails, live chats (I waited for an hour whilst #1 in their live chat queue) and twitter correspondence. The whole experience has been shockingly bad, and the company has not yet responded to my cancellation requests on any platform. Avoid Box.co.uk and shop elsewhere, the service provided here will leave you frustrated, and in limbo until THEY decide to fulfil your order.”
