“I paid for pre-10:30am next day delivery, and it arrived on time. No issues with the website, the service, speed of delivery or anything. A great experience and will be coming back.”

“I bought a laptop from you in November. This laptop did not work and was replaced. The replacement laptop stopped working in April. You advised me to return the laptop to Medion. Medion were "unable to replicate the issue" which meant that they sent the laptop back to me. I was able to replicate the issue within 30 minutes of using the laptop. This means that the company lied, are incompetent or both. (Maybe consider which companies you work with). You then took the laptop and after looking at it briefly you were able to establish that the laptop was actually broken and could not be fixed. To aid with the replacement of the laptop, you were able to provide me with the equivalent value of the previous purchase as store credit. I ordered a new laptop at a discounted price on the same day. This was done through email. Miraculously, the next day the laptop was no longer on sale at its discounted price and you informed me that you were unable to honour the discount. Short of other options, ordered the laptop paying an additional £220 on top of my store credit amount. Soon after, I noticed that the laptop I had ordered was now miraculously back on sale at the discounted price. So to recap: the laptop was requested at a discounted price, you then removed the sale immediatly after my order and immediatly reinstated it when my inflated order was completed. It is therefore a logical conclusion for me to draw that you have ripped me off to the approximate value of £200. Additionally, on the deal that I initially ordered there was a backpack from Acer. That deal also miraculously vanished when I completed me order. Yet it has been reinstated now with the lower priced deal. I have also been trying to resolve this with the company. We are currently 11 days after my initial complaint and you are yet to provide a decent response. It is incredible to me that a company such as yours can exist with such poor levels of communication. I am extremly disatisfied with the pathetic way that your company has dealt with this and, in my view, it demonstrates no good will whatsoever when you have been partially responsible for terrible service since November. I can therefore state that I would never recommend your company to anybody as I do not think that you are capable of delivering a trustworthy service for your customers. PS: This website is rubbish. This is my third attempt at writing this review.”

“I got a very fast response to my request for the availability of the product that I wanted (unavailable). I asked to be updated for that availability but, in the event, I had to keep monitoring the site. Nevertheless, everything arrived on time, well packaged, and it works, so I am very satisfied with the service.”

“First time I’ve used Box and I was really impressed with the service. Great item, good price, fast delivery which I could track. No pushy follow up calls trying to sell me additional cover either (unlike one of their main competitors.) Would recommend and will use again.”

“I was very pleased with how quickly my item was delivered. I did pay for next day delivery, but with other suppliers i have found that this has not always been provided. But I received a confirmation email about it, and then on the day a time slot, and my delivery arrived exactly as per this slot. The courier even carried it up two flights of stairs for me. I think this is great service, and overall was good value.”

“I placed an order for a Monday delivery, I received an email saying that my order was “ready to dispatch”, which it seems in now way means has been dispatched. - The link to the delivery courier doesn’t work - The chat system threw me out for “timeout of user interaction” , probably because there was a 45 min queue, that you can’t get through as it throws you out - email to sales team was not answered - further attempts at chat said “no advisors available” - phone unanswered Won’t be using again, will see if my purchase turns up.”

“I ordered my Trend angle finder and it arrived about four days later which was good for standard delivery, the price of the tool and the service on the other hand was absolutely superb, of course I checked out Google first and the prices of some of the other companies which claim to save you money where ridiculous, needless to say when I need some more tools Box will be my first port of call, thanks Box, your awesome”

“Ordered my Meaco 1056p fan on a Friday evening to be delivered for Monday but came the next day on a Saturday. Have been loving the fan since and so much better than your regualr pedestal fan. Great service from Box!”

“Awful expereince.. quick to take your money and then almost impossible to get hold of. Still waiting weeks later even though item was claimed to be in stock with 3 to 5 days delivery. have lied several times stating dispatched when it wasnt.”

“From the team at box co UK not a problem. Dealt with online order in a matter of a day. The delivery, with the use of a courier (hermes) not so good. 2 parcels from the same order and an email stating that I will receive 2 parcels but they deliver only one. Reason. Driver said he could not fit it in the car so left it at the depot. Then had the audacity to say that delivery couldn't be done as no one was home. How come then I receive one parcel at home. Really sad and disappointed at this, and a courier service that is sooooo bad with so many complaints they other company's still use them. This is not acceptable. Worse part is, I live 30 minutes away from both parties and couldn't collect my order.”

“I bought a £800 gaming laptop, along with a stand and stick of RAM. I chose them as as they were able to provide me with the TGP of the graphics card, a wider selection then other sellers, and 0% PayPal finance for 24 months. I'd initially put the wrong address in so contacted the sales team to change it. Because of how PayPal works they couldn't but were able to cancel it and were VERY quick to respond (by email). When putting the order in again I paid £10 extra to have it delivered on a specific day and time. Because of a mix up with their supplier, it came a day early. The sales team explained what the issue was, apologised, and refunded me the £10 delivery, and again were very quick! I'm very happy with my products but also the great customer support.”
