“Bought several items from them 3 I returned to them and 2 they have denied receiving. Fought and got 1 refund but not the other. BEWARE THE SAME MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU MY 9YR OLD SON'S BIRTHDAY MONEY WAS USED HES NOT HAPPY. EVEN THO IT SHOWS BOX SIGNED FOR IT TOO THEY STILL DENY HAVING IT”

“really wanted a smooth delivery and I paid extra for the parcel to be delivered on the Friday before the weekend and unfortunately the parcel was not delivered on Friday. I informed about it by e-mail. The shipment arrived after the weekend ..... no one, even in response to my complaint about the lack of delivery, responded to the refund of the fee paid by me for the Friday delivery option.”

“Box.co.uk had the Wireless Adapter card, for upgrading my PC, that I was looking for and at the best price even with postage. I received full details of my order and tracking which was simple to access. The item arrived earlier than expected, was easy to install myself and does the job. 👍🏼”

“The delivery was top notch! I like the fact that they gave me an "as it happens" delivery information. Although I paid for and requested that the item be unboxed, it wasn't done when it was delivered. I called the customer service and they were apologetic and almost immediately refunded the money I had paid. All in all, I would highly recommend them.”
