“Prices were excellent on the CPU, case and fan I bought. Delivery was quick, especially considering that it was free. Very prompt contacting me about order updates, too. When I need an upgrade, I'll definitely be looking at Box first.”

“Got a great deal on a 65 inch tv, was advertised as open box but clearly brand new as we broke the seals. Free delivery within a couple of days and they brought it in to the room of choice. Couldn't be happier”

“This was my third purchase on box.co.uk and what can I say? It's a plain sailing really. The despatch was the next day although I chose the free delivery option which takes 5-7 days. So well done box! What annoys me was the courier (Evri/Hermes). First I got the notification "out for delivery". I waited and waited. Nothing. Until I got the notification in the evening "we couldn't deliver your parcel". Why? No reason given. The next day I got a new notification "out for delivery". Waited and waited. The given time had passed. I tried to look for Evri customer support's contact number. Couldn't find it. Late in the evening I got the parcel delivered. I felt annoyed. But this was not the fault of box.co.uk! Actually box was faster than expected. Only Evri was a day later than notified.”

“Placed my order on the Friday and did not get tracking when I contacted DPD (which it stated that DPD was the delivery service) they said they couldn't see any order but could be delivered between the Saturday and Sunday. When contacted for order number on the Monday morning I was told it was too early and then when I contacted back I was told that they don't know who has the parcel that it was delivered DPD then said it is 100% not with them and royal mail did not have it after countless calls still nothing and the issue was not addressed. If anything feels like a scam then this is it, absolute shambles, I don't intend to order from here again, the only reason I did was because they were the only place with the item and the carelessness regarding a product worth £2600 is scary. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!”

“Been a bit indecisive about getting a new laptop and going backwards and forwards. Box is usually my first port of call. Great prices, straight-forward web design makes finding things easy. This gorgeous Yoga Slim 7, just makes you smile. The build quality, the feel, the speed and all-round. It was the best price I could find anywhere and I just jumped in. I bought my son a Yoga S740 during covid so knew they were good but this gun metal grey with fabric cover, better processor and newer layout is just a bit better.”

When I had a further question about the laptop I was buying, I rang the helpline and left a message fully expecting in this post-covid world that no-one would return my call. They did within 5 minutes and were very helpful. Made purchase and laptop arrived next day as promised. Seamless experience.”
