“I ordered a Monitor on a Black Friday "Deal", received email declaring monitor had been shipped but I never received it. Having spent well over a week being brushed off by customer services during numerous emails and phone calls telling me plenty of stock and just a delay they told me it is now out of stock with only 10 days left to Christmas - whilst still advertising the same monitor for next day delivery at a higher price with only 10 days to Christmas. My advice - avoid Box, even better off buying through Amazon.”

“Late delivery by two weeks. I had to call twice to try and resolve waiting 30 minutes or more each turn. After about ten emails and replies not one person answered my questions correctly. I raised a complaint but then the parcel arrived and I returned it as I bought it from somewhere else that delivered it as promised. This is the second time I’ve used box and second time I’ve returned my product. Waste of time.”

“Ordered a monitor waited two weeks for delivery asked for a replacement got a refund . What a shambles of a company one of the worst online shopping experiences ever . Do not shop with Box they will take your money then waste your time bunch of jokers spend days waiting for a delivery that is not coming then hours on the phone to find out what is going on to have your order cancelled . If you want to waste your time and money shop with Box .”

“Ordered 27/11/2022. Received 'Thanks for your order! We'll dispatch it shortly'. And nothing since. No dispatch email. No parcel. No tracking. No update. Where is my order SBN-DXB-YYD-F26?? Also no customer service to speak of - I waited in their phone queue only to be auto-disconnected after 30 minutes(?!). I've tried 5 separate occasions to get through in the live chat and there's never an agent. Have bought from box before and had good experiences, but this is awful.”

“Very good, proffessional service. Quick delivery on time. Pc assembeled pefectly, very tidy, clear with no wires hanging randomly, just pluged in and ready to go. I had first time that what I exepected. Great communication level too, which is unusal on this days. Been informed about every stage my computer assembly and delivery is on. Thank You Guys.”

“The online purchase procedure was easy. Everything I needed to know was on the website. The order was despatched quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived. The Box team also sent regular update communications so I knew exactly was stage my order was at. I bought this laptop in their BlackFriday sale, so I also got an absolute bargain!”
