“ordered a coolermaster COSMOS SE case back in January, when the price was £99.99, this was a real bargain as others wanted up to £140 for same case... delivery was quick, product arrived safe and undamaged, customer service was very helpful too which for me was an added bonus :) will gladly deal with again :D”

“Good price and quick response but, unfortunately, a glitch in the software somewhere between Paypal and Box managed to lose a critical line from my address. Luckily I was monitoring the tracking of the parcel and managed to get in touch and sort it out. Note that it's pointless contacting Hermes (the delivery company) in such instances as, confusingly, Box do not farm out the customer care but do it themselves.”

“Ordered a Rampage V Extreme and received excellent service and fast delivery my only problem is that after paying so much for an item and it only comes in a standard parcel bag regardless of no damage still would of like to see better packaging still i would recommend to other people”

“I ordered an "In Win 707 Full Tower Case" and 3 "Cooler Master SickleFlow" cooling fans and all items were in perfect order once they arrived and the whole order was very quick to be delivered. The next day service 'box.co.uk' provide is actually £2 cheaper than the standard; 5 working days that 'Overclockers' charge. No brainer!! Awesome service and efficient. I will be coming back for more (bank account allowing) Cheers, Mark”

“Ordered a gaming chair 3hrs before there cut off time for next day delivery , against my better judgement i paid an extra £19.99 for Saturday delivery and guess what ? No delivery on Saturday have not even received a dispatch email from them so item was never sent out Friday as promised if ordered before cut off time , 1st and last time using this company.”
