“By far one of the most helpful company I've dealt with. There was an initial issue with my order, I had selected the incorrect case for my custom build, they had no issue at all correcting this even though it meant rebuilding the pc, and took no extra time at all. Friendly communication all round and even offered to deliver sooner than expected. Product is finished to an amazing quality, would definitely trust them to build a pc again if I ever need another. Overall I have one word to describe this company and my experience with them...outstanding. Many thanks for creating this beautiful pc, I can not say a single bad word about this company, top notch.”

“After a slow dispatch from Box it arrived on time. I should state that the Good Star Rating is due to the fact the Steering Wheel "Drift" creates problems if you wish to use from your knees\lap but everything stated in the details are correct. My purchase was mainly for Euro\American Truck Simulator and its important that you set the wheel on DirectInput because the game programmers designed it for DirectInput. Setting up in game is a bit of a pain but getting their. I did read other customer feedback before purchase and for the money its a middle of the range Wheel for a fairly good price which is well made if not a bit clicky with the buttons and even though it has paddles, they cannot be used for brake and throttle.”

“Recent transaction was faulty on delivery, they collected the parcel, and now nearly a week later they refuse to answer emails or give any indication on whats happening with the returns process, after sales/customer service is shocking, be very careful if you get a problem, its likely you won't get any help in resolving it as you can't physically talk to anyone, only email them .... which they don't answer, I am now having to go to the bank to chargeback the transaction as they fail to respond.”

“The parcel arrived quickly and safely but the courier failed to knock or ring the doorbell and just stuffed a 'you weren't at home' card through the letterbox. It was only because I heard the letterbox and chased her out on to the driveway that the parcel got delivered at all.”

“The Box price was the best I could find on the web so I was a bit concerned that there might be a problem with this supplier whom I have never used before. I ordered and chose free delivery which was supposed to take up to 5 days. The disk drive arrived the next day and seems to work well. So, on this experience I can only recommend them warmly.”
