“Abbey in customer service/sales was wonderful to work with! She was able to help me with compatibility to make sure I ordered the right levers for my bike. She communicated all the way from start to finish and changes to my order, delays or fielded my many questions. I have my new Synto Evo brake and clutch levers and they are beautiful!! I ordered the titanium with a gold adjuster knob. So happy with this company and this product they sell:) Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent quality, worked great. It did not come with the O-ring for the for the plastic inlet . That is my issue. I reused the original o-ring. I still give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The kit comes grease but doesn't say where it goes. I watched videos to find out. 1982 Goldwing gl1100i”

“Doyle was very helpful in finding the part I need. The shpping however was high, it was just orings that could have just been put in a regular envelope using a regular stamp.”

Please know that the shipping label we used included the exact address you provided during checkout. Once an order is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery, and they marked this package as delivered. These models use a gasket that may appear more like a spacer due to its thickness and shape, but it is engineered to seal effectively once installed. It can sometimes take a short period of use to determine whether the seal is holding, especially if the leak was minor.
