“Top notch customer service. Placed an order for brake pads for a BMW K1200LT. They arrived in short order but when I was about to install them, they were definitely not like what was currently in use. I called the next morning but it just went a voicemail and I didn't leave a message. About 30 minutes later, I received a phone call asking if they could help. A real live knowledgeable person. Anyway, turns out that mid year BMW changed brake pad design. I received another set along with a return shipping label and all I needed to do was drop the first pair in the mail. “Rebuilt my front brake calipers with a seal kit came with everything I needed to complete the job. I immediately did a 400 mile road trip after the rebuild and no leaks or issues great quality parts for a good price.”

“I've ordered several times from Brakecrafters for various projects, as I have a lot of vintage 80's and 90's sportbikes. Fitment is always dead on, and the fact that they include the tool to help me "clock" the hose ends is a great feature. Big thanks to the Brakecrafters staff once again!!”

“I had been plagued with a dragging rear brake for years. I rebuilt the rear caliper and replaced the pads on my 1982 FT500 Ascot, and this resolved the problem. The kit is super complete, high quality and accurately manufactored. I cannot recommend them enough. A +++”

“I have not yet rebuilt the cylinders for which I purchased the kits. However I ,as well as my friends have purchased kits from Brakecrafters before and have never had a problem with price, fit or quality of their kits. That being said I feel confident and would recommend them to anyone. Their kits are great quality at a great price. They are very helpful finding just we need and delivery is very fast!”
