“Kit was missing small orings for main through bolts, not a big deal but the idea was to “completely” rebuild the caliper, had to make a special trip to find elsewhere”

“Very happy with product and service. Made a mistake last year buying cheap china breaks last year. One shoe fell apart while I was riding and when I used my front break there was nothing there. Dont do what I did. These shoes look and feel quality. They are still a very good value and your life is worth quality.”

“HI: I do not normally review products. However, for Brakecrafters (BC) and Lindsey I am gladly doing so. I called BC as I was desperate for parts to make it to Daytona for Bike Week. Changing out my pads led to me finding that half my caliper pistons had seized. The stock parts are steel and I nobody had them in stock anyway so that was not a solution. Her comes Lindsey to save the day! I called and Lindsey promised to get kits for all my calipers out that day and made sure they got to UPS for my Next Day Air shipment. Then she sent an email confirming that it was all completed! AND these kits are BEAUTIFULLY DONE! 316L pistons, oil fittings, all the O-rings, little reusable grease cups..AWESOME. Being an engineer and weekend mechanic, I appreciate nice stuff and these are the BEST! If you want to see how the USA should do Customer Service and Manufacturing, visit BC or give Lindsey a call. As long as I ride, I will ride only on Breakcrafters KITS! Thank you so much, Ed”

“I needed a rear caliper rebuild kit for a '93 ZX11. The kit the dealer sold me was incorrect. Then I tried to source the correct parts myself. The rear caliper parts were hard to find until I found the Brakecrafters website. The kit arrived in a few days with standard delivery. It came with not only the correct seals, but also new pistons, brake line washers, bleeders and bleeder caps. Really well packaged and presented. A great value and convenience for $52!!”

“I put this kit into a 1978 KZ1000. It was excellent, easy to use and seemed to be a quality part. I didn't use the bleed screws/valves as they seemed to be a different size”

“Mark was very helpful. Providing time on the phone each time that I spoke with him. On my second call to him, a woman answered the phone, when I started telling her that I spoke with Mark before, and wanted to speak with him, I got "Hello?, hello? on the Brakecrafters end. Really, come on?!!???!! Is this day age. Needless to say, when I was hung up on, and I called back, Mark picked up, AND helped me.”

“Not sure how Brakecrafters could improve; very fast shipping, provides tracking info, great quality seals...and of course cannot forget to mention the incredible Lindsey in customer service. The only improvement might be to offer just seals, in addition to complete kits.”
