“Brakecrafters tech support helped me out when ordering some new brake pads for my Zero DSR. They explained the difference between organic and sintered pads (I went with sintered and love the feel), shipping was fast and the pads fit perfectly. Photo shows old worn organic pads (I let them get a little too worn, but not bad enough to damage the rotor - check your pads often, folks!) and the new ones, which are installed. Very pleased, will use Brakecrafters again.”

“I should start by saying, Thank you, Mark. Top notch customer service. I am rebuilding a 1994 ATK 605 and I could not determine the pads needed. I reached out to Brakecrafters and Mark was more than willing to help out. Now I have the correct pads for the outdated calipers. I am so grateful for the excellent customer service ( did I say that already) that I ordered pads for all my bikes, Honda, and Harley Davisons. Would i recommend Brakecrafers? Yes, 100% for the following reasons: Customer service Technical knowledge Delivery Price Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed .”

“Mark and the people at Brake Crafters have always come through for our race team. Being Vintage motorbike builders rather than modern motorbikes parts are often are wee bit more involved. “Very happy with the product quality, shipping, selection, and customer service with Brakecrafters. I ordered parts to rebuild the front and rear calipers, front master cylinder, and new front banjo bolts for my 2003 SV650s. I accidentally ordered the ABS seals for the front caliper kits and they were able to send me just the seals so I could finish the rebuild.”
