“Nice website, everything I needed, great customer service, nice packaging, fast and free shipping, and friendly return service. I didn't need it, but it's nice there is a customer service number you can call and talk to a real person. You get the idea that they have pride in their service and want you to come back! I will and have already passed them on to friends. Very refreshing in todays world of just "get 'er done " and get paid. Keep up the good work!”

“Ordered products after prompt delivery on a previous order. Had an issue at checkout because it didn’t accept the 15% off code prior to me hitting pay or whatever. Emailed asking for this to be resolved, never heard anything back. Then the products eventually arrived considerably later than everything else I ordered the same day. The stuff seems good but I can’t even get a simply email back telling me I’d get the discount they offered or I’d atleast know I was out of luck instead of you guys not even caring enough to respond.”

“The right part was delivered fast, in fact, ordered on a Saturday and in my mailbox on Monday. Wow. Always good parts delivered on time. Plus always the little extras, with some rubber grease for the seals included. will order from again and again.”
