“You correctly identified a 45-year-old master cylinder that I hadn't realized a previous owner had swapped from another model from the same manufacturer, and helped me sort out whether it was an appropriate mod, and then delivered the rebuild kit cheaper than I'd have been able to get it elsewhere. Outstanding service.”

Hi Mark, If you check the tracking, you can see you placed your order on Sunday the 17th and this was confirmed received by the Post Office on the very next day, Monday morning. Tracking will only show as far as the U.S border where once it is handed over to Canada Post there is no more tracking for postal services. We shipped your order the first business day and pride ourselves on how quickly we ship, but we cannot control either the USPS (Which generally do a very good job!) or more so, can't control Canada Post (Which we hear does have a lot of difficulty) Hey, we hate when things don't get where they should be on time and during this pandemic, we've had a lot of issues with all the carriers (Fedex, UPS and DHL) It sucks all round and we're not picking on you - and don't think its fair to pick on us. You placed your order on the Sunday the 17th and here's the tracking to show when we delivered and scanned at the Post Office - LW008058474US

“I guess I didn’t have a problem with customer service, yet. I bought some goldfren brake pads but they are so much worse than the worn out pads that I had on my bike, I asked for a refund or a credit to a more reputable brand (EBC, Galfer) so I’ll re-review when I get a reply from them. JP 2008 ZX14R ridden aggressively but not stupidily.”

“Ordered front caliper seal kits for my 05 FZ1 after I had a serious loss of front brakes on a "spirited" ride. Cost was way better than Yamaha, shipping was great considering it came early, and fitment was great! 100% would order again! Thanks a ton! I actually trust my brakes again.”
