“Jamie did an excellent job. He was on-time, efficient, direct, honest, and did quality work. Completely surpassed all my expectations. The job took less than an hour in my office's parking lot. If I had gone to a shop, my car would have been held hostage for half the day.”

“I had no idea mobile brake service existed before checking online for 'nearby' brake shops and discovered some (like Brakes To Go) come right to you. Brakes To Go has great online reviews and I now I see why. Excellent service. Friendly over-the-phone scheduling. Caegan arrived on time to service my brakes. After a quick test drive and taking apart my brakes, he determined I only needed brake pads (front). I told him I heard a low/soft rumble when braking (like fingers across wood paneling). He explained the noise was likely from the slight glazing he noted on my rotors. Caegan said this was fairly common and nothing to be alarmed about. (If I really wanted the noise to go away, he could replace the rotors; but he assured me my brakes would function perfectly without the added cost.) He replaced the brake pads in a few minutes and left, but not before telling me that I had been quoted $20 more than was due and adjusting my bill accordingly. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and will use them again.”

“The service was fast and the work done to expectations. The car is driving well and no issues with new brakes going on day two after service. The only snafu is with SNAP financing. We had to take extra time to get the contract sent over. Also it was not communicated to me prior to the service that there was a $40 application fee in addition to the financing. This was not communicated to me until the service man showed up to do my brakes. This application fee, I think, is unnecessary and excessive given that I did not deal with Brakes To Go at all for this the financing process.”

“Excellent service. The booking process was real simple. They provided a quote via email per my request and I booked an appointment the next day. He confirmed that the dealership was correct in their assessment. I needed front and back brake pads and rotors for my Benz, which isn’t cheap but his did come under the dealership’s quote even with a 15% discount that the dealer was offering. The additional plus is I didn’t have to leave home or take off. He explained everything before he proceeded and was finished pretty quickly. I highly recommend and will definitely use them for any future work on both of my vehicles.”

“My brakes were grinding and I did not want to cause further damage by continuing to drive. My dilemma was I work nights so taking my truck to a shop was out of the question---I needed to sleep. Brakes To Go was the answer. Easy same day scheduling. Work was done on time, quickly, and at a good price.”

“I received my quote with in minutes after filling out the form listing my symptoms. They sent a tech within the hour and my entire work began quickly in less than an hour. The work done was quite more extensive than I thought it would be but I was quoted a fair price and the guarantee policy was explained to me. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the friendliness of the technician. He was a nice guy! Thank you!”

“Appointment was convenient to me, Arrived within the appointed time frame. Tech ask question as to what was going on. Tech took my vehicle on test drive, returned and we discussed what need to be done and what might have caused the issues. Decided on the course of action. Tech gave me an estimate along with the estimated time to complete. All completed at my house with absolutely no trying to upcharge, or do additional work that was not needed. Have used BRAKES TO GO previously and will continue to use and recommend to others.”
