“My service man Tim let me know he was on his way and I could see the progress as he neared my apartment complex. He was very polite and professional. He did the inspection right there in the parking lot of the complex and texted me when he finished. He gave me an accurate (not inflated) assessment that I needed two front brake pads and that’s it. Paid with a credit card and was good to go. Tim emailed me a copy of the invoice and I never had to leave my apartment! Awesome experience!”

“The installer, Craegan (hope I spelled it right) showed up on time, was very professional and finished the job quickly. Best of all, he showed me the pads and rotors and how they were checked to see if they needed replacement. It turned out my rotors were ok so we just replaced the pads. That would NEVER happen at most auto repair places. Other repair outlets give you a low-ball price then "oh by the way" keep adding more and more until the price is much higher than the original quote. I love the no "oh by the way" attitude of Brakes 2 Go. I just recommended you to my daughter who needs brake work done on her minivan.”

“Very satisfied! My (friendly) tech showed up slightly early and finished replacing all my rotors and pads in under an hour while I got to sit in my house! It doesn’t get better than that! I love that I got to use my Snap finance account which I use for any repairs on my vehicle. Thanks Brakes to Go!”

“This was my second time using Brakes to Go, first for my truck and then for my wife’s SUV and both times I’ve been extremely impressed. From their responsiveness in sending a quote to ease of scheduling, they make it easy. Caegan was my specialist both times and he showed up precisely on time, took the time to assess and then clearly explain what was wrong and then went to work. From start to finish he was only there for about 45 min. The pricing was more than fair. I hope to not have break issues for the foreseeable future but if I do I will definitely be calling these guys again.”

“The service man Tim was very fast and friendly. He answered all my questions before and after replacing the front brake pads and rooters in about 15 mins !! “I had no idea mobile brake service existed before checking online for 'nearby' brake shops and discovered some (like Brakes To Go) come right to you. Brakes To Go has great online reviews and I now I see why. Excellent service. Friendly over-the-phone scheduling. Caegan arrived on time to service my brakes. After a quick test drive and taking apart my brakes, he determined I only needed brake pads (front). I told him I heard a low/soft rumble when braking (like fingers across wood paneling). He explained the noise was likely from the slight glazing he noted on my rotors. Caegan said this was fairly common and nothing to be alarmed about. (If I really wanted the noise to go away, he could replace the rotors; but he assured me my brakes would function perfectly without the added cost.) He replaced the brake pads in a few minutes and left, but not before telling me that I had been quoted $20 more than was due and adjusting my bill accordingly. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and will use them again.”
