“Love the compartments - I know exactly where to go to retrieve any item that I carry. I have replaced every part on my bag except the sunglass holder. I beat up my bag, but really like that I can replace each part when it is worn beyond my tolerance.”

“Over the last year, I have purchased enough elements for two complete setups. One will be used for local electronics transport. The other set will be used for travel purposes. There are enough pockets to carry all of the support items I need, plus many other items. I have all side pocket styles and center section bags and have used all combinations. I am never wanting for space. The only thing I have purchased, but will probably not use in the bag carrier - it is very large and bulky; I have assembled materials to build my own carrier that will integrate with the bag and not add excessive bulk nor have to be removed, ie, it will still fit under the seat in front of me on a plane. I highly recommend the Brightline bag system; I will never need any other system at this point.”

“Had mine for a while and loved most everything about it. I almost have too many pockets, ha! My only issue is the shoulder strap from you guys could be a lot better. I ended up taking one off an old Dell laptop bag and using it instead.”

“I love everything about the bag, except for the shoulder strap. The standard strap digs into my shoulder too much due to a lack of cushion. I ended up purchasing a wider strap with a larger and thicker cushioned section to make it more comfortable to carry. I've been carrying this bag for around 7 years, only replacing a couple of the components.”

“Very happy with the bag. Two areas for improvement IMO. as most of us attach the bag to our luggage, it sometimes drags across the ramp. If there was a way to make the bottom more wear resistant. I’ve had to replace some sections that had holes. Also I’ve lost several zipper pulls. Those are the two weak spots of my bag.”

“The product is a sturdy and well-thought-out design that is perfect for organizing all my aviation gear. Love it! But what made it even better was the customer service! The shipment was lost with the shipping provider who kept giving me the run-around for weeks. “The bags are decent but the outer layers (front and back) need periodic replacement from wear and tear. I’ve had mine for 5 years and have replaced both the front and back panels once each. I’ve found customer service has declined over the years and that’s disappointing, but I still recommend the bag system.”
