The providers accept insurance and the program keeps track of your progress and allows the providers to best prepare for your sessions”

“I have been working with Brightside for the past month. I like their model of being helped by a team. My team consists of a psychiatrical professional who offers med management as well as a mental health therapist, who I meet with weekly via a video conference link. Per Brightside’s protocols, I am not limited to my weekly time slot I am free to email my clinicians and they respond in a timely basis. Everyone is very fluid, if I feel I have a pressing or urgent issue, the team modifies their schedule to accommodate me. My current mindset is a testament as to the efficacy of the program.
