“I am impressed with the access I have to providers. The zoom format suits me well however I find the physical observations of a patients manner is lacking. My med provider was only with me for 2 sessions, disappointed with the change to a new graduate PA. We will see how she works out.”
“My psychiatrist is working out very well. I am struggling with my therapist only because I think I might benefit from meeting someone in person rather than online.”
“I really like both my therapist and psychiatrist!! I enjoy speaking with them both. Awesome ladies!! The only negative I have is I wish stimulants could be prescribed if needed. I wish Brightside could change that. Thank you.”
“Dr. Nesmith makes it easy to talk about difficult topics. He’s always engaging and informative. Let’s also say he throws in conversations about whatever to make it easier to connect and fell comfortable with.
Dr. Doss is more straightforward and to the point. He makes it easier to trust in what he says and trust in the medication he prescribes because he listens and doesn’t dismiss me or make me feel less than. His bedside manner is a bit rigid and to the point. Aside from talking about my medication, I would probably not feel like comfortable speaking to him about my past and present.
I am glad to have found Brightside.”
“I’ve never gone thru these issues before, so I feel like it’s gonna take a bit to figure stuff out. I’ve gotten a little better and I’m trending in the right direction. So far so good.”
“Very helpful as I journey through the dark waters of depression. My psychiatric care and the therapy are both working. I'm a bit of a difficult case and I'm happy with our results so far.
Highly recommend”
“I really wish bright side would be more assuring to me about helping me getting approved for SSI cuz I can't work with this condition and pain it limits my ability to concentrate walk sit stand and I'm getting really irritated in a fu*king bad way.”
“I am new to Brightside and don’t feel comfortable reviewing it yet. So far I am not getting much relief from anxiety or depression from the new so-called drugs for bipolar. I had a manic episode last week that lasted 56 hours. I do like the nurse practitioner and the fact that it’s all virtual.”
