Brightside is a very easy company to work with. It was easy to match with my psychiatrist and therapist.

It's nice, I wish we could find a therapist, though.

I am new to Brightside and don’t feel comfortable reviewing it yet. So far I am not getting much relief from anxiety or depression from the new so-called drugs for bipolar. I had a manic episode last week that lasted 56 hours. I do like the nurse practitioner and the fact that it’s all virtual.

I have only been with Brightside for about a month, but I am thoroughly impressed. I was notified when my chosen provider would be unavailable, and reminded to check my medication for any refills I might need during that time. Everything has been clearly communicated, from prices to services and expectations. The last service I used was the complete opposite of that. I am so glad I switched to Brightside.

Seeing my counselor every two weeks seems to be helping

It’s fine though it’s somewhat annoying having to set monthly appointment with psychiatrists for my meds especially if you’ve stabilized more or less since taking them and don’t feel the need to change the dosage.

It would’ve been helpful to know before starting work with Brightside that stimulants were not going to be an accessible treatment for ADHD. I only found out at the end of my intake session when discussing treatment options b

I'm overall very happy with the psychiatrist and the therapist. My issue is that the lessons will not unlock and I've told my therapist several times and she says it's not on her end but the website says the therapist will unlock the lessons. I've also reached out to tech support. No one has gotten back to me. The other issue I have had is that when trying to schedule appointments the system would only go out for about 2 weeks for scheduling and I need to make appointments a month out so that's been frustrating. My psychiatrist finally just made the appointment for me on her end. One other issue is that my psychiatrist was supposed to increase one of my bipolar medications and instead she sent a prescription for even lower mg's than what I was already taking. I went ahead and paid for it and took it home because I do not want to run out but I'm still waiting to see how she is going to resolve this. Over all I'm very happy with the televisits and the services but I hope these issues get resolved because I truly enjoy the lessons and the educational videos and without those I do not feel like I am getting all that I am paying for.

Brightside is very helpful for someone who has a tight 8-4:30 schedule, like everyone on here as well, but is zoom only- that makes it TEN times easier to work around. It’s been so helpful, and the providers and therapists have been so wonderful. I highly recommend!

Greetings, Thank you for the Help this place has helped! Last year was very hard! Actually 7 years moving to Missouri is and was one of the worst decisions I have ever agreed too! Your team now that has helped me… My counselor, I guess that what is what you call her is really good! She listens his great advice and that’s exactly what I need!! but some of your questions needs to have a box called other! So we can fill in the spaces needed for our own personal problems!! not everybody fits in a box!! I want to thank you 🙏 for helping me through a very dark time
