“I have loved the app and service, however I was never told how much it would end up costing me, and I’ve been seeing a therapist for almost 6 months now, so I’m afraid I’m running up a tab of an unknown amount. Other than that, I like it.”
“I do feel a lot better since I started seeing my therapist and psychiatrist through Brightside. My psychiatrist listens to me about my needs regarding my medications and makes adjustments as needed. I do feel the therapy could be a little more helpful and hands on or educational instead of just small talk pretty much. And I don’t like that we could be charged for being late to our session but the therapists and stuff are late to the sessions all the time.”
“The app is decent and my provider thus far is excellent. Some app glitches like the inability to go to messages and back to a virtual visit without the app freezing.”
