But with ongoing struggles in my life, I plan on trying to give it another go with a new team through Brightside. My hope is to find a team that works well for me and to actually make some progress.”
“It has been absolutely wonderful to have a psychiatrist readily available, and a therapist readily available not only during our sessions but sharing life events throughout the week together through the messaging on the app. My only complaint is there are way too many notifications from Brightside to remind you such as emails and text many times when I’ve already had the appointments made.”
